DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I repeat, DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Please avoid this place if you don't want to get sick. I am an Uber Eats delivery driver, went there today to pick up food for two of my customers. If I said the place is disgusting, that would be an understatement. When I was waiting for the food, there were mosquitoes, gnats, and flies all over the place. When you walk in the front door of the establishment, there's a bench to the left. There were tons of dead mosquitoes, flies, and gnats on the windowsill next to the bench. I do not understand why they would leave those dead bugs there instead of cleaning it up. Bugs was also flying behind the counter in the area where they make the pizzas. The walls were dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The counter was dirty, the work station was a mess.The place has a stench, and it was very unsanitary. It was so hot in there that it felt like I was in a sauna.The staff seemed to be nonchalant about it. Either they didn't notice the bugs, or they just didn't care. I believe they just didn't care. Please avoid eating here if you are not planning on getting sick. This place should be closed down for cleaning. The health department should inspect this place. I'm sure they would shut it down after the inspection. Management and the franchise owner should be ashamed of themselves.

Terrible attitudes , nasty store, avoid at all cost if you don’t want to get sick. I absolutely had food poisoning after eating here. Also not to mention I waited 1 hour for my pizza. No good.

This is the six cheese bread sticks just delivered this is the over cooked also alot of crust super dry and hard ....this isnt the first time there is zero quality assurance.... and when you send in something to complain, they do not reach back out too you.

5 min after I place my order I get a call saying they are out of medium pizza dough. Options are to cancel my order or upgrade to large. How are you out of medium pizza dough at 7:30pm when you close at 11pm. Make more! Or give people large for the price of medium. If I had large money I would have ordered large in the first place.

If you call in they won't let you process 2 separate orders for pick up they want you to hang up and call back, dont try and call it in they wont understand you use the app to order

Went in to pick up an online order. The ladies working tonight were crazy busy. I was patient because I understand that things were out of their control. I waited about about 20 minutes in Papa John's after I got the text that my order was ready for someone to actually hand it to me. Turns out J or Jay (delivery driver who was packing up his deliveries while I waited) took part of my order because he didn't read the sticker and mistook it for a similar item. He left before it was realized and they didn't have the ingredients to make another one. One of the ladies made it right and apologized for the incompetence of the delivery driver who couldn't be bothered to help with anything other than his deliveries. Will definitely return just because of the customer service.

My order was given to the wrong house. Did not want a refund but the correct food. My family already waited an hour for the first order that was wrong and spoke to the manager in which I was put priority for first delivery. That was a lie because another hour went by and I had to call them. Instead of being first for delivery they did others. It took over 2 hours for delivery. No extras given no refunds no partial refund. Very disappointed and not sure about future orders

Ordered delivery. They delivered to wrong place. I called to inform, and customer service was horrible. Instead of feeling empathetic, they simply cared less about their driver delivering to wrong place. This is an hour after order placed, and I only live a mile away. Places are clearly marked, no reason to misdeliver food. Not to mention, why deliver to anyplace without a knock on door unless specified leave at door? This is why I haven't ordered from papa John's in years. No change in service or customer service. Never again!!!

The papa John’s on Basin Rd has messed up my order three times in a row and the manager, instead of fixing the problem, has argued and even cursed at me. This is the most ghetto papa John’s that you could ever patron. Please… order dominos, grottos, Pizza Hut, etc. whatever is better than this establish. They have zero regard for the customer. Disgusting!
