Got take out Monday 3/4. Food tasted fine, but my large pizza looked pretty rough and not like Papa John’s usually looks like! Only a few people working though so I’m thinking they were short staffed and rushing?

One I order a heart pizza and it looked like a triangle and then they charged me 3xThey had smart remarks and were just rude i could heard them in the back of the phone what the person on the phone trying to ask him manger a question and forgot the bacon I paid for on my pizza ON VALENTINES DAY! it was extremely upsetting and frustrating.

I ordered from papa Johns on Basin..I ask for all veggies and the lady ask me what kind of veggies i wanted..i told her half veggies and half sausages..my coworker pickedthe large pizza pie up and nothing was on it but peppers..i also ask for half veggies and half sausages ..The sausages was for my coworker, there is no sausages on the pizza..The pizza look like they rushed it and it was half way done..i want my 22.00 back..im disappointed in papa johns..no crisp its just a lot of dough

If I could put 0 I would I had a shaqaroni brought home for us all this evening I'm pretty sure that pizza fell on the floor then they boxed it and gave it to us it made us all sick it had a weird taste I will never eat at papa js

I placed an ordered on 11/28/23 for two med two top pizzas via delivery between 7:30-8:00pm EST. This was the third time my product was not up to quality. The dough is uneven and all toppings are placed on a single side. I submit a complaint on 11/29/23. The complaint was for the nearest papa John’s location and the store manager called and rudely informed that they didn’t deliver the pizza, another location did. I called the delivery location and a female employee who claimed she was a manager told me the next time I order, I can get the same order for free as a courtesy. Today (12/03/23) I called the location and a male employee answered and confirmed there was an order placed but no coupon or offer for me to get the free pizzas. this employee was disrespectful to me. Told me he can’t ‘verify’ anything and won’t send anything free of cost. I told the employee I don’t care about the free pizzas even though it was promised by your store employee, but I would appreciate if you could take my feedback/ complaint and work on this issue as I am a regular customer. The male employee I was speaking to told me that he can’t help/ doesn’t want to, and that I should go online and hung up on me. I’m highly disappointed with the ignorance that when a regular customer calls nicely to provide feedback, you promise them something and don’t live up to it, and the next person who should be fulfilling the promise, is even more rude and refuses to offer a resolution. I want you to know that I am taking my business elsewhere

Two of the pizza makers were acting out using profane language like they were raised in the streets. One of the 4 pizzas that I ordered was undercooked. I received a text stating my order was ready, and when I got there, they were still rolling dough for my last pizza. I had to wait for the final one So, I'm not that impresses.

The best pizza it's papa John's! Better ingredients, better pizza, papa John's.They absolutely sh*t on the competition. Dominos is trash. The Hut is trash. And don't even get me started on little Caesar's. My man working the counter. He needs a raise. Located in an easy spot for me. These guys do it right.
The gentleman took my order at the register. He went to make my pizzadough without washing his hands. There was a girl laying down on the counter in the back on the right side. You heard me correct laying down on the metal counter. She then got up washed her hands then stated scratching her face. She then proceeded to put the topping on my pizza. I advised the gentleman that took my order I would like a refund and they could keep that pizza. If I had not ordered the pizza in person I would never had seen all of this. I will never go there again . DISGUSTING!!!!

Pawned the delivery off on Grubhub and forgot to give them one of my pizzas. Hung up on me the first time I called to "edit my order." And over 15 minutes on hold the second time I called. Still on hold right now...

I will never order this place again. I got a medium cheese pizza and 10 piece boneless lemon pepper wings. The pizza had a lot of cheese to the point I couldn't even taste the sauce. The chicken was undercooked and there was barely any lemon pepper. The driver called me a couple minutes after I received my food and was asking if I was tipping him extra, even after I already tipped him. After I said no he sounded mad. Absolutely disgusting, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
