We bought a meat lovers Pizza and a cheese pizza and we wrapped them up and brought them back to Savannah Georgia from New Castle Delaware. They were really fresh and really good, and was a good price.

Don’t but the chicken parm if you feel only eating half the sandwich because they only put half the amount of chicken on there sandwiches. The service is very rude as well. I mentioned it to the guy working and he just said yea and walked away.

I'm very disappointed with the changes. They once had the best lasagna and pizza in town. I ordered the lasagna tray a few months ago and it was horrible. Nothing like in the past 5 years I have ordered. I was told that they have changed the cooks. Their pizza on display was thin dried and very un advertising. I'm so sorry to never go to this Pat's Pizza place again. I highly recommend you don't either

They put my order in the right way. Didn't get it right way from the kitchen staff . The kitchen stFf messed up the whole order.
Food is great. Not over crowded on Friday's where you have to wait 30 or minutes to sit down with family and friends. [I had a dinner of 8 people and one child.]After we ordered our food was served in about 15-20 minutes after the order.The men and women who work at Pat's are awesome and professional with customer service and character.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the pizza place when I accidentally ordered the wrong pizza and requested a refund for a new one. Their customer service was top-notch. They were incredibly understanding and accommodating, immediately agreeing to process the refund for the incorrect order and help me order the right one. The entire process was smooth, and they made sure I received the pizza I really it. I could be pleased with their service.
