[I had a dinner of 8 people and one child.]After we ordered our food was served in about 15-20 minutes after the order.The men and women who work at Pat's are awesome and professional with customer service and character.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the pizza place when I accidentally ordered the wrong pizza and requested a refund for a new one. Their customer service was top-notch. They were incredibly understanding and accommodating, immediately agreeing to process the refund for the incorrect order and help me order the right one. The entire process was smooth, and they made sure I received the pizza I really it. I could be pleased with their service.

SadFood is awesome. Service sucks. Doesn’t answer answer the phones and locks up at 9:30 when closing is at 10. Orders are always wrong not to mention nobody responds to the emails or surveys.

We used to frequent this establishment weekly and it was great. Until they switched owners, it seems they can never get our order right and it's always a hassle to get us credit or fix it. I shouldn't have to constantly request to speak to the manager to fight for them rectify our order. And it's as simple as forgetting to give us cheese for cheese fries or giving us a medium instead of an extra large. I don't wanna have a delivery driver drive all the way out for cheese or wait another 30 minutes to have the proper size made would rather just have a refund or credit. But this always seems to be an issue, and I have to demand to speak to a supervisor. We will no longer give our business to this establishment.

Did an online order. What's the point if I am not getting points for my order for future discounts...Haven't been inside of this location in years. The upgrades look really nice. Used to order from here at least once a week as a teen. Anyway son's 18th birthday he wanted Pat's pizza. So he got what he wanted and truly enjoyed it.
It's a local pizza shop with reasonable lunch specials & daily specials. Stopped here with my mother for a satisfying noon-day

The food at the new castle location went downhill. I miss the breaded wings! The ones they have now are all skin and fat....yuck. The pizza was gross and it was all around a bad experience.

It's a shame to write a 1 star review, because I really enjoy the food overall (when prepared correctly). However, I've had experience after experience at this location and the kirkwood location where order instructions from ordering online are not followed, resulting in incorrect orders. My last experience, the kitchen slathered ketchup all over my fries inside the container (which I didn't discover until arriving at home after picking it up). Fries were completely soggy and drenched in ketchup. I open my buffalo chicken cheesesteak, ordered without blue cheese, and it appeared to be a plain chicken cheesesteak. I called and they offered to remake it. I drove 15 min back to the restaurant and had to wait an additional 15 min there. I requested a refund with my food due to the very poor experience(s). Instead the manager on duty was very combative, going as far as to pull out the cheesesteak from the trashcan and shoving his fingers in it to try and find a hint of buffalo sauce. This was completely disrespectful and not how a manager should interact with customers. I took my food and left at this point. I submitted a contact request on the website, but have not heard back. This is why I've decided to post the review instead. I hope they can fix their online ordering accuracy, because it's truly lacking.
