*** My instinct was to not order from this location after my order had to be canceled the week prior due to plumbing issues ***Order placed at 1:11PM on 6/23/20. Email confirmation stated order would be ready at 1:25PM. I arrived at 1:33PM. There was no one in sight as I stood up front for approximately 2 minutes. I observed that my pizza was sitting on the oven conveyer belt and not boxed up ready in the heated glass case. I also observed piles of debris that were swept to the left of the entrance and way in the back that should be dust panned up immediately after sweeping and kept out of sight! FINALLY someone came out from the back with her cell phone between her shoulder and ear. She didn't acknowledge me. No hello, no sorry for the wait, NOTHING! She was too busy on her cell phone.After boxing, cutting and applying the garlic butter atop the crust she then acknowledged me only to ask if I was there to pick up then shoved the box in my hand. Mind you the entire time I stood there waiting she truly didn't know if I was there to place an order as opposed to picking up. No confirming my name, no confirming my order, no thank you, yet again NOTHING! Her customer service skills are trash and she needs to be trained on customer service, customer satisfaction and basic human interaction social skills. Did I mention even while handing me the pizza she remained on her phone being between her ear and shoulder. She also wasn't wearing gloves. So I'm unsure if they wear gloves at all while making the pizza and thereafter while boxing it. This is during COVID-19 pandemic, by the way. At least she was wearing a face mask. Description: Black female, short hair cut, fluorescent green finger nail polish. P.S. This was my first time at this location and my last. I would've gone to the Bear location closer to me but they didn't open until 3PM. UPDATE: Employee's name is Zaneta Washington. After putting in my complaint she called me back acting as though she was the manager. When I asked for her first name she hesitated, only told me to refer to her as "Ms Washington" and never gave me her first name. She lied and spoke in the third person the entire time. To add insult to injury... it wasn't until I realized a week later I was overcharged on two different cards. She admitted she didn't know how to handle billing issues and since customer service was no help she finally passed my information on to her regional manager. He was quite apologetic on her behalf and even revealed to me her first name and that she was the actual employee who behaved in such a disgusting, disrespectful and unprofessional manner.

Horrible customer service! Tried to order over the phone. Was told they weren't taking phone orders. Asked how to order something specific and I was hung up on.

I rate them a zero. I will never go to any pizza hut again. I did an online order so it's not hard to mess up. Well they mess up everything. No toppings no sauce, I called manger and he said they would remake food. I got there had to wait 30min after I called or 30min before getting there. They said I never ordered. They were so confused. Well they messed up order again. No sause on pizza. I called manger and he said he had new cook. I told him he needs fire. He said that he has no other people. He said he messed up 7 others today too. I said you need to shut down and train all worker before opening back up. Never order from them. Very rude to customers.

We got two personal pan pizzas there a couple weeks ago I remember a year ago we got two personal pan pizzas and they were awesome and the two pizzas we just got a couple weeks ago I won't be going back for any more personal pan pizzas and I'll just leave it at that

This place is very unprofessional I waited over 3 hours for an order I didn’t even receive. Not only that I called 4 different times and no one answered but the last time and we got disconnected. He told me I’d have to pay twice for something didn’t even receive LMAO. Long story short I got my money back and don’t ever place an online order or try to call it’s a waste of time & a joke.

The management is okay, they were understanding, calm, and considerate. The other coworkers were rude and disrespectful. They made snide remarks when I asked for my money back after they could not even complete my order. They started saying that we were going to be violent about getting our money back, which were all a bunch of lies. All I wanted was my money back after we waited 3 hours just for them to tell us they cannot complete the order. It’s the principle. If you can’t complete the order, take it all back and just give me a full refund.

Worst Pizzahut ever. This is my first review in my entire life, and I decided that this would be it. This pizzahut did not complete my order after 3 hours, and when I told them I'll drive myself to return the order I was met with complete incompetence and aggravated personnel. I give the utmost respect to any and every person, just to be greeting with the most horrible customer service experience ever. I will never in my life order from a pizza hut again. This was the most horrible experience in my life.

They closed down most of the Pizza Hut locations near me, I figured I would give this location a try. I read the reviews, so I wasn't expecting much. I must say I've ordered 3x from this location and it has been surprisingly good, I've only ordered on Sundays, so maybe it's the people working on that day, but no issues with the Pizza.

Thought the store was closed because barely any lights were on and the door was locked. Apparently I had to be buzzed in, though there were no signs saying anything about that plus it was around 1:30pm. Staff seemed inconvenienced by helping me and the other customer that came in while I was waiting. Pizzas were ok, but didn't seem the same as they used to be. One big issue was the bacon was barely cooked, which is a big turnoff for me. All in all, could of looked past the bacon had the service been any better.

I only live 3 miles from this Pizza hut store. I placed 2 orders on different days and both times they delivered my order 2 hours after I cancelled both order after 1.5 hours waiting on my orders. This Pizza hut should be closed up. The management runs this store very poorly. Whoever owns this Pizza hut needs to firer everyone there and hirer new employee and management to run this Pizza hut. I ordered around 11:30-11:40 and i asked if it was ok to place a order this close to closing time the girl was like yeah sure it’s now 1:10 and it still hasn’t arrived didn’t get a call of anything that was saying they wouldn’t be delivering it and I called to ask how far out the food was and no one answered NEVER WILL GO BACK

Don’t even know how they’re still open. Ordered twice at night. The first time the pizza was never delivered, didn’t get a call, nothing. Second time they said they were open for carry out, boyfriend drove all the way there after paying online only to find out they had closed earlier when said they were open until one am and never even made an attempt to make our order. God awful Pizza Hut, unprofessional staff, and I will NEVER be ordering there again. Wish I could give no stars and personally close this place down myself.
