This Popeyes doesn't take gift cards. They need a upgrade on there registers. The rest of Popeyes up and down 40 and all over takes them. This is unacceptable.

Drive thru person said okay after asking for order sat there for 5 minutes with no response so I went to the window and got told I have to be patient and go back to the speaker again for an already prepared order that I asked for and was responded to, yet they immediately served the next customer but anyways the night time attendant seemed under the influence maybe that's why it happened..

The chicken sandwich was pretty good. Service was fine, the food is just a little expensive, that's all. But everything is going up, but the quantity and quality of food stay the same. I normally eat here once per month now. I only get the chicken sandwich nothing else.

I had to take a Lyft from Penns Grove NJ to New Castle Delaware to exchange my internet equipment to T-Mobile. So I added a stop to my ride going back to Penns Grove, NJ and that was to the Popeyes on DuPont. I ordered a 4 piece wings with an extra fries & biscuit. These are some of the nastiest people working with this chip on their shoulders as if they’re doing me a favor. I asked them please fresh French fries please. I get to the window and this young woman gave me my total. She comes back and gives me my food. I told the driver to hold on let me check the fries they were ice cold. I’m waving at her while she is just standing there looking at me, I told her I asked you for fresh fries these are cold. She says while that will take 5 minutes now I’m pissed off. I said you know what just give me back the fries. Why did I get in the house starving I open the box what do I find is a ROACH FRIED ON MY CHICKEN WINGS. I immediately called the number that was on the receipt it’s OUT of ORDER. I am pissed off I’m going to contact the attorney this place is NASTY AS HELL & with roaches.

Entered this location twice now. Each time I was given shifty looks and side eyes by the staff while ordering. The whole staff puts of an unwelcoming tone that Is matched with there inability to be cordial and kind to customers even when I'm trying my hardest to be nice. The second time I brought my girlfriend in to see if she noticed the same thing without telling her to and even she came out and said how rude they where. I almost lost it when we walked back in to get napkins and I heard the cashier look at us and murmur something under her breath. I will never be shoping at this location again.

Well.. what do you expect from a all-black crew. Cut me with the racism thing, all of them are rude. You ask them nicely and you get an attitude back. If they are just nice then it would make the whole experience better even if the place is unkempt, filthy and smells bad. Restroom is not even cleaned and smells really bad.

High chair seen. Ample shared parking space with other tenants. Accepts credit/debit. Ample seating.
