Coming from California, my standards for authentic Mexican are high. This place is authentic, and had me ordering twice. The tamales and tacos are great! I’m normally a fan of green tamales, but the red was great! I will be back. You order your food from a food truck, and have the ability to take your food inside to sit down and eat.

The food here is Amazing but in terms of their Birria taco’s, it needs a little development. Their birria taco is good in terms of flavor but the shell is pretty greasy(more than others that I’ve had). The Birria sauce taste like straight beef soup out of a can. I know it’s supposed to be like a beef broth but it needs additives. This is just my personal opinion from my experience; your taste buds may be different.

Tried their taco chorizo and quesadillas. They cook it pretty good, we got our food in less than 10 minutes. Go with the fully loaded option if you want to have with all the onions tomatoes and sour cream
