I have been coming here for a few years and it has always been good. I dined in yesterday and had the worst experience ever. The waitress was terrible from the start she acted like she did not want to be there and talked so low you could barely understand a word she said. She told me that I could not order juices for my two grandkids because they only came with a kids meal but every time I have brought them in they have always gotten juice. She went back and forth with me about it for a few minutes till finally she stormed away and brought the juices. She never checked up on my table to see how we were doing and was sitting in a booth on her phone the entire time. The food was not good - the ribs had barely any meat and the cheese steak was soggy. I tried to speak with a manager before I left but even that was a problem. The staff up front seemed like they were too busy to even acknowledge me so after about 5 minutes I walked out. I will not be coming back to this establishment I am very disappointed.

Great place that's budget friendly to grab a bite to eat. Large variety of food to choose from. Every time I'm there they are friendly and efficient; however, there only use to be 2 servers on the floor for lunch. So service seems slower the busier it gets.

I guess I just wanted tomato sauce and pepperoni I order from here all them time I tip the deliver well every time and the one time I genuinely had a taste for the food this is how it came. If I could give yall0 stars I would. The your delivery driver thought I was gonna let home leave with my money and the pizza look like this ? Absolutely not. Count your days

Ordered wings and pizza. I had it delivered. The food was great, but they forgot my ranch sauce, which I specifically asked for! Therefore my overall star rating is a 4.

I lived in back of seasons for 40 years and never really had a bad experience there but this last visit was a bad one. Me and my grandkids were there for lunch and we had ordered a pizza and a basket of fries with cheese. The inexperienced waitress brought me a small bowl of fries which from my past experiences came on a large dinner and me and the wife could never finish. I asked the waitress is this the basket of fries I ordered and she said and I asked it's usually a big basket but I was wrong I confused with another place. I never asked for manager but the waitress did it anyway just to bring over manager for the manager to say to me I worked here for 9 years and you are wrong to walk away with waitress to laugh at me and make comments about me. I couldn't believe what just happened that she went out of the way to prove me wrong. Basically very rude and not a very smart manager and the waitress was on her cell phone the entire time I was there and never came back for drink refills or asked me how everything was. I was there for my grandsons birthday and didn't even stay for dessert we went elsewhere. Note this was the first bad experience there after 40 years

Typically a good experience when they don’t mess up the order. But good god if they mess it up good luck. I called and asked if I could get the messed up item replaced. The guy said he would get it right out the door. An hour later nothing. I call back and he said I hung up. So I guess because the line got disconnected I suddenly don’t want my food. Okay. He then offers 5 off the 11 dollar item I can’t eat. Great. Good solution. We will no longer be ordering from this location.

This is the final time I will order from this location. I Ordered a ham and cheese sub with mayo,onions,sweet peppers.It was such a pathetic sandwich,only a half of roll had mayo on it,a half of slice of cheese on each side maybe 8 diced onion pieces and 6 sweet peppers and only had 3 slices of ham on whole sandwich ,ham was also very fatty.I will not be ordering from this location again,I rather go out of my way to a different location or just go to Pats.
