This was the worst experience Iâve ever had at a Starbucks. I placed a mobile order and I must have misunderstood the customization options because I thought it was asking if I wanted mocha sauce so I selected it to ensure there would be no mocha. When I pulled up, my order wasnât ready. The young lady at the window, I believe her name was Ashley, asked me to clarify my order, so I explained that I simply wanted a hot chocolate made with milk. Instead, she handed me a cup of cold milk. I drove back around and told her it needed to be remade because why would I pay almost $5 for a cup of cold milk? When I got back to the window she was incredibly rude and actually yelling. When I asked why she was yelling she told me she wasnât âit was just raining.â I honestly have no idea what the rain had to do with her tone, but the customer service was so disappointing that I ended up asking for a refund. I will never return to this location. The issue wasnât even the wrong drink because mistakes happen. It was the way she interacted with me when I came back that completely ruined the experience.

Customer service at this store provided by Nye was really poor. She serviced the drive-thru and pickup window and was very unpleasant. We greeted her with a âgood morningâ when we pulled up and she rolled her eyes. When we asked for straws with our drinks, she sighed loudly and yelled âwhat else do you want?â Iâve never experienced such unpleasant Starbucks baristas in my life.
Even after we received our food and drinks, we thanked her by name and left. And as expected, she did respond. Just rolled her eyes.
I understand that people have bad days, but please bring professionalism to the workplace. For that reason, I wonât visit this location unless necessary.

I absolutely hate coming here. I am done. I tried this place 3 times thinking maybe itâs just the person making my drinks but now Iâm convinced. The drinks are disappointing. Every time I speak up they have an attitude and all whispering about it. Today there was all white ppl here this morning and I have only seen one black guy. Idk if itâs cause Iâm not of the Caucasian race but I feel uncomfortable here. And I always tip. Never again! I posted this on September the 15th.

Drink was fine. This is also a very convenient location. Emily who took our order was rude and unkind which ruined our overall experience. We weren't even expecting an outstanding service. Since we have been to countless locations throughout different states, we know what to expect. But the customer service provided by her was definitely sub standard.

Brandon is always very nice no matter what time of the day it is. This is usually the starbucks i go to before work and after work whenever i need to study for classes and he always has a positive attitude. Very clean environment as well & no long waits even when they are the busiest.
