Brandon is always very nice no matter what time of the day it is. This is usually the starbucks i go to before work and after work whenever i need to study for classes and he always has a positive attitude. Very clean environment as well & no long waits even when they are the busiest.

Usually I really do love this location and they’re usually very friendly and my drinks always taste good. I drive from PA to go to the 24 hour location. So when I ordered a Chai latte, that tasted like coffee of some sort, I was confused and asked them to remake my drink. Obviously if i’m at a coffee place and not ordering coffee, I do not like the taste - pretty reasonable right? I just got a rude attitude from both employees and a suspicious attitude like I was lying about my drink being coffee! Obviously I don’t want a free drink if I basically begged you to take it back! Received our drink and was told they mixed up the chai and frappuccino. Of course I knew this based off of the taste alone, but how can baristas not smell the difference?? I wouldn’t have been mad about the mistake, but the way the situation was handled just threw me all the way off. The baristas seem to forget we’re paying $7 for a drink, I would hope it’s right!

I just left this place. I ordered from the drive-through window. They only accepted cash, and the coffee I got was really hot. It burned my tongue and didn’t taste like coffee, so I just trashed it. Herbal Coffee Maker, they should check their employees more often.

I have been trying to leave a review for a week now there’s nowhere to do it on the app so I’m doing it here cuz the employee I dealt with deserves it. I recently lost a very close person to me so going out in public is scary right now I’m sad and grieving but I wanted a starbies drink as a pick me up had no clue what I wanted till I pulled up and the employee Ricky helped me decide felt like he read my mind and was so incredibly kind and energetic he made me feel so much better to go handle my day. I just wanted to give him recognition and let him know he made a major difference in someone’s day. Thank you Ricky.
