So, you know how you go to Wendy's and it's not always the freshest, but it's consistent? I stopped on my way to NY to get something and the food was so hot I didn't know whether to be upset or excited. I must say the food was very good

I visited this place on 16th December. Place was nice but dining room was dirty and unorganized. They should pay attention to dining room. Almost all the garbage containers were full, having hard time to put my stuff in there. I had to push it in with tray to fit. Also bathroom wasn’t clean. Don’t even want to mention about drink station, it was a disaster. Since I worked as a manager 3 fast food restaurant before I pay attention these things. Hope store manager or area supervisor read this comment and take some actions. When I visit this restaurant again, if I see same way I will never go back there again…

Order here often. Need to stop... too many baconators. They're very friendly and the food is always fresh and rarely make mistakes. Any mistakes made are quickly fixed. There's a guy there often on register who is often the highlight of my day.

Everything from the food to the service was great the staff are very friendly and nice the food is hot and fresh and they move really went here tonight because I door dash and was waiting on the order and the cashier was really rude and saying he didn’t care that I was waiting on my door dash and being really disrespectful and rude like u are taking other people’s plotters before even getting my dash which comes first which I was here before then and the way he would talk to me and making me wait even longer and his attitude sticks really bad don’t think I will be coming back to eat and I always stop here

Always is a good choice when it's too late to make dinner or I just don't have the energy. The food is good, not great, but it is fast food after all. Prices are fair, I guess, but I usually stick to the Biggie Bags which are enough to fill me and probably more than I should have anyway.
There's always a line at the drive-thru but it always moves fast. The staff is always pleasant and the order is ready by the time I pay. And, they always seem to get the order right unlike some other fast food Mcplaces. So kudos to the staff. Fast, efficient and friendly. 👍🏼
Also I've noticed their Frosty machine is always working. Crazy, right? Not like the other Mcplace where the milk shake machine is out of order half the time.

I spend a lot of money here all the time. Tonight I spent almost 20$ to get told I cannot get a sauce for my fries unless I pay 50 cents. This store will never get my money again! This is not the first time I dealt with this with this location. They are very very in accommodating and the service is trash!!
If they dont have something you ordered theyll hand you a large fry per item and call it even regardless of price difference, or theyll look at you like youre stupid and ask about a substition if you ask for money back for what youre not getting.

I just got a Jr cheeseburger because their burgers are the best tasting. I wish their fries were like McDonald's or at least back the way they used to taste. Why trying to be healthier always turn out nasty or bad🤷🏾♀️.

Drove to Chichester, PA store after work from downtown Wilmington only to find out once I got home my son said they gave me the wrong burger! I tried to call the number, the only one they have listed is a fax#. I ordered a large (#2) double patty Baconator with ketchup only and got somebody else's burger with mustard, ketchup, mayo, onion and lettuce on it. I couldn't call to complain and they didn't give me a receipt. It was around 6:28pm 8/28/25 based off my payment app. And I bought their little coupon booklet!!! I wasn't the only one who was very disappointed. That's not what I ordered and not what my son prefers to eat from there. Going to have to reevaluate my locations for pick-up. * I also purchased 3 chocolate Frosty's.

Ordered $5 biggie bag with chicken sandwich. Food didn't taste fresh, French fries smelled funny like they freeze burnt frozen and then cooked. Drive thru Hispanic girl not patient and asked for a receipt and wasn't given one

Over the few years I actually like the atmosphere and look of current Wendy's like I could sit down and enjoy a meal there.
However the highlight of this place is its accuracy in getting my order right and service. I've ordered from well over 20 times in the last couple years. I can remember only one mistake with a baked potato, but that's it and we are a family of four!
Also, there is a regular employee there that is hilarious and friendly, give him a raise, guys!! He an older guy with a ponytail!
