TERRIBLE customer service . Ordered my usual meal & I always substitute the grilled chicken for crispy chicken. I was told by “ manager” Carlos that this could not be done. I asked why several times and could not get an answer. Carlos then began speaking in another language to his colleague closed the drive thru window and refused to service me and just simply replace the grilled chicken for crispy chicken. Very rude, nonchalant and unprofessional. THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT AND STAFF.

Cashier was rude when I ordered my baked potato stated just cheese on it we don't sell it like that which I know they do have ordered it plenty of times from here so she went back and forth with me so I will take my money else where with rude cashier and customer service not going back and forth with a child that is not older then any of my children so I'm be the bigger person and never go there again when I go that way every Friday and Sunday never again will keep right pass it when leaving farmers market

Went there for an interview scheduled by the company website for 2:15 to 2:45 . I tell the person i see up front that im here to get interviewed she goes up to another employee and looks confused , she comes back to me and says theres no interviews today… when I literally had one scheduled. Then the manager comes with attitude and just nods her head no to the other employee? So im guessing she just was either too lazy to interview me or just didnt want too. She then hands me an application even tho i applied online and she doesnt even give me a pen! So i wouldn’t recommend working here, horrible customer service!

The blonde girl who serves has a bad attitude, maybe because I'm Latina, I think she's racist. As the owner I would fire her. You always have to have a good attitude and excellent customer service. I also have a business and I try to please the customers

She called everyone over with their ticket number when their food was ready and after 26 minutes I got up from my table to see what was going on with my food

My food was cold, my husband told me not to complain and leave it like that

On Sept 3rd 2024 I went through Wendy's drive through , I order kids chicken nugget happy meal, x2 berry frosty , chicken meal . My baby's berry frosty had a long piece of hair in his frosty so I gave him my frosty. I called the store immediately to report the issue I was told there was nothing they can do for me, I thought the receipt was in either bag I was wrong . I repeated myself x3 to different employees only 1 employee spoke English he the 2 woman didn't understand me. The staff hung up the phone on me. The manager only spoke spanish so she wasn't any help . I paid with cash so make sure you check your food and get receipt before pulling off.
