I usually go a couple times a week on my lunch break. I always have to ask for hot fries. So when I asked for hot fries the other day they put so much salt on my fries even when I tried taking the salt off myself it was still salty. My nuggets were so old. I don't know if they do it on purpose. I have never got loud or smart or unprofessional. I understand it gets busy but it wasn't that day this week. And to keep going back and nothing changes. The manager is of Spanish decent and doesn't apologize for her team service methods. I never have asked for my money back at all. Since this is a constant thing I will not be going here again. I know I'm not the only one someone needs to take unnership

Dirty tables and seating and large Spill on the floor and was there when we walked in and still there when we left 45 minutes later. No one working there came out to clean any of it up.

On 3/31/24 I went to the doors at New Castle Wendy's and they were locked, I got in the car and went through the drive thru waited in line and when it was my turn the associate told me they were closed. When I looked at my clock it was 8:01 pm. I said to the guy I was in line before 8:00 what do you mean. So I spoke with the manager and he was being influenced by the staff members he could not make the judgment himself. When the staff calls the shots there is no business. Management here is weak and has no regards for the customer, or service. However; Burger King down the road made the money and was doing the business. I know Wendy doesn't need the business. Wendy's is horrible anymore, it used to be good, but now the food is just ok and the service is horrible.

Horrible service, lets random people take your order without confirmation and then management ignores you when you tryna solve the issue. No refund was offered, no remake of food was offered. Just a dumb manager who only reply’s with “uhhhhh”. Fix it up wendys smh.

Worst Wendy’s by far! The doors are always locked like they only want to deal with drive thru, during normal hours!! How this is allowed idk but I can promise you this store isn’t profitable due to these management norms. For any consumer reading this, save your money there are plenty of open options close by.
If you use the Wendy's app make sure that you look at your receipt after using it. It didn't take off my discount after the cashier scanned it. I told her that it wasn't right. The cashier said that she doesn't know anything about the app. I was like what???? I made her get the manager and she was just as clueless.
Food was prepared as ordered, served at the appropriate temperature and tasted great. Service was pleasant and professional. Dining room was clean, but some of the booth upholstery is in need of repair.Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is handicapped accessible.
