I have ordered from Zach’s a few times now and they have some of the best wings I have ever had !! They even give the option to fry hard and flats only ?? if your in old new castle area they are a must try !

Zack is a good guy every time he delivers I get what I'm supposed to and on time, but this new guy never bought my food and lie by saying he came and I never answered I work in a restaurant so why couldn't he just come in like Zack I'm very disappointed had to go somewhere else

Zach's Grill in New Castle will be closed the 24th and 25th so that our staff can get some time to relax and enjoy time with their loved ones. Happy Holidays to all!

One of the absolute best cheesesteaks I have ever had in my life. The wings are also really good, great sauces with quality wings. Good food and reasonably priced. Zach is often times in the kitchen and making the food in the back so you can say hi. Awesome place if you want to eat local!

I work at Amazon and these guys come in to setup shop and sell their food. Their food is good especially their cheesteaks wich is a favorite at Amazon, however that being said many of us are frustrated that Zach's consistently runs out of cheesteaks every single visit, and I know for a fact it's costing them a lot of profit for there's a lot of Philly natives that work at the amazon in Wilmington and when we want cheesteaks, that's all we want. So Zach if you read this, please bring extra cheesteaks!!! Not only will you leave more of your customers happy and satisfied your wallet will be happy as well. For anyone else reading this their food is good and def worth a try. Prices are reasonable considering the times we live in. Go Brandon

We came here because of the reviews and pictures, but the food made us run to the bathroom. My kids too, awful. The milkshake tasted like freezer burn and I was upset the cheese whiz was a blob of thick cheese, not how cheese whiz should be.

What a fabulous cheesesteak! I’ve never had one so good outside of Philly proper! And the fries are piping hot! And we were happy that there was outside dining, as it was a beautiful evening.

Apparently this place will make your burgers or subs the way they want to despite what you ask for. 3 times in a row my order was not correct. I have a food allergy, so when I request toppings not to be on my sub or burger I expect those toppings to not be put on them. And the person taking the order and making the order to take that seriously. Focus more on what you're making not talking about your personal lives, or being too focused what's going on, on the T.V. The food seems good, place is clean, I don't know who the owners are, but I would hope it's not the people preparing the food. Cause, if you don't listen to what your customer asks for, or in my case asked to not have on my order, then you're going to risk getting someone sick. I won't be coming back cause I know the the people behind the counter aren't focused on what they're are making, or just don't care and make it the way they want regardless. What a shame, this place seems to have a lot of promise.

Bone-in WINGS!!! BURGURS!!!A Take-out destination to be grateful for!:-)Favorite: garlic parmesan bone-in wings ,& Beer-Hall Burgur.These are old-school GRILLED in-house burgurs with fun glazes/toppers ...YUM! The counter staff and cooks are engaging and courteous! Note: folks have option to eat in,but it is...a small place ,we prefer take -out.

I’ve been a customer for a few months. The recent two months things have been off.Pricing: My last 3 visits the prices always seem to be different than online. Today my bf was told it is due to “inflation”… Inflation is the cause of the recent price discrepancy though they opened in the midst of Covid ? Also, even if prices are increased the website should reflect so, the customer shouldn’t have to pay more than what’s listed because they “haven’t gotten around to it”. At this point cheaper to go to Hooters or BWWThe food: the wings taste like wings , not a fan of the overly sized boneless wings. The fries are usually dry and/or crispy.The service: The gentlemen have always been friendlyCleanliness: Some instances they wear gloves others they do not. When receiving food the boxes are almost always smeared with sauce from their hands. Looks messy and questionable when opening your food to eat. Now looking at previous reviews looks like the lack of proper sanitation and varying prices have been an ongoing issue. I’ve had enough.

My husband and I visited Zach’s tonight for the first time. We were a little skeptical as they are just getting started. We dined in and sat on the deck. We had Amazing service, everyone was very pleasant! We ordered their wings, which my husband said he will now get from here instead of wings to go, beach fries, cheese steak and Buffalo chicken cheesesteak. Everything was exceptionally good and we had plenty of leftovers. We highly recommend Zach’s Grill.
