Just got into Delaware for a family vacation. After unloading the car, I wanted something fast and easy. Found this spot 6 minutes away and ordered a gluten-free pizza for myself, plus one for the rest of the family.
On the drive back, I opened the box and thought, seriously? This is it? It looked sad — flat, plain, not promising. But I was starving, so I took a bite anyway.
Holy hell. I did not expect that. Thin, crispy, packed with flavor, and absolutely blew every low expectation I had out of the water. Most gluten-free pizzas taste like cardboard and regret — this one tasted like someone actually gave a damn. I wolfed down the entire thing before I pulled into the driveway.
Honestly pissed I didn’t order two more. I’m going back tomorrow, and I won’t make that mistake again.

Dude when I tell you this is hands down the best pizza I think I've ever had, I'm not kidding!!! You can taste the freshness in every bite, from the tomatoes to the hand tossed, made from scratch dough. The crust and undercarriage is perfect! Absolutely NO flop. I order the same thing every time. A large cheese pie and two orders of mini cannolis. My guy knows his way around a pizza kitchen and it shows in a major way! I'll be seeing ya! -CANNON

Best pizza I’ve had in years! No real seating, really a carry out place. Otherwise, do not hesitate to get your pizza here. Thin crust, east coast style and awesome thick crust Sicilian. Cannolis were also very good.

Delicious pizza. Perfect crust. Nice and thin, zero flop, great crunch. I ate the crust, And I don't even like crust all that much.
Had pepperoni, mushroom, banana peppers and hot honey. Spicy, sweet and salty. So everything you look for in a pizza. Sauce is great.
Easy to order online and pickup. Did so days in advance with no issues. Unlike other pizza places in the area.
Everything was ready on arrival. We will be back for another pizza !

Number one pizza place in DE! Went here after spending the whole day at the beach and it far exceeded my expectations. Customer service was amazing and the vibe was perfect. (Perfectly crunchy, thin crust and undercarriage)

LOVE Amatos! It’s the only pizza I’ll eat around here (also my biggest craving when I was pregnant). Joe is the best and sure knows how to make a great pie. The sauce is *chefs kiss*! You have to try it! Love love love
