This place has become our favorite restaurant when we visit Bethany Beach. Went last month for our anniversary and really enjoyed ourselves. Fabulous food, great staff and good atmosphere. The only downside is that parking can be a challenging.
We were disappointed by our meal here because the reviews were, on the whole, very good. We arrived on time and were seated right away. I ordered a drink which was not very tasty but was heavy on the alcohol. We ordered an appetizer and two entrees. Unfortunately, they seemed to be out of several things (it was Sunday evening).After about an hour of waiting for any food (and the restaurant was not particularly crowded), they brought our entrees. Overall excellent quality food. The onion soup is the best I've ever had. I order onion soup in a restaurant any time there is the opportunity. I've had the salmon and cashew encrusted entrees. Both were top quality. The crab cakes are superb. Full of meat with no fillers with a flavoring that make them amazingly delicious. It's a small setting. Dining room seats about 40 with an outdoor seating area of several more tables. Excellent service staff.
