Delicious! Their BBQ sauce is amazing. Pulled Pork sandwich and Brisket were fantastic! Baked beans also get an A+. Very happy we tried it tonight!

The brisket was shredded and too wet. The sauce was great, though, but I much prefer a sliced brisket. The failure was in the sides however; the slaw that was a bit sour and the cucumber salad fell short. I'll give them another shot as their chicken apparently gets a lot of positive reviews.

I've been wanting to try Charlie's and finally did. Wish the experience was better as I like small business and barbeque. Brisket sandwich had a lot of tough chewy parts. Corn bread didn't have much corn flavor. Potato salad was good. Cole slaw was ok but had more zing to it than I prefer. But it might be great for others.
