Never ordering here again. Every time we get pizza from Papa John's, we find hair in it. The last time it happened we called the restaurant to tell them that they should look into why there's hair in the food and the employee we spoke to told us "Oh, well that happens sometimes" and hung up. Now I'm not a chef or anything, hence why we ordered pizza but I'm almost certain that pizza shouldn't be served with hair in it. So maybe instead of telling customers that it's a normal occurrence, you should look into that. Just sayin

Ordered 3 hours ahead of delivery time. Ordered delivered 45 minutes late. The person answering the inquiry started with there was an accident then it will be the first order out. Told him that the order was on its way 45 minutes ago. Disorganized but worse everything was cool when finally delivered. The contents of one box was scattered as if dropped and thrown back in the box. How horrible is that. The Pizza was Not fresh as it appeared as it had been reheated. The crust tough, the pepperoni burnt and dried up. Just bad by anyone's point of view. A wasted $33 dollars for two little girls who waited patiently and then got this crap. Nothing in the order was fresh. Really bad.

Not the worst Papa John's, but in the past 10 years customer service has lacked. My guess is because there's hardly any competition. Disappointing though based on the countless awful scenarios I've been in with management here. I keep going back every few years because the dough is just great. But customer service is still awful. Maybe one day they'll get a decent manager. Maybe if they paid better. Who knows.

We order every Thursday or Friday and always receive the best pizza and wings. I was shocked when I saw the low rating on yelp. Service is excellent and delivery always quick even on busy days.

We went to buy a pizza and there was only one guy probably the manager he act like doing something on the back for 15min and didnt took our order after 15min he said its closing time and I cant take your order. Never recommend this store to anyone dont act like you are clever because of such people the Reputation of this company takes bad impressions. If you work for a corporate company than act like a profession or open your own store !
