I ordered a regular pizza but when I got home I realized I was given the wrong order. I was pleasantly surprised by this beautiful looking pizza with onions,olives,peppers,chopped meat and pepperoni my 4 year old grandson couldn’t wait any longer to eat his pizza and he gave it 2 thumbs up. I called up Lorenzo’s and told them what happened,then I asked them what was the name of this delicious pizza that we purely by accident had just totally enjoyed and she told me the name, it’s called: Lorenzo’s Special I hope you enjoy it just as much as we did.
Ordered a pizza today , their phone had issues im saying hello the manager hung up i called back he said his phone is broken he not sitting on the phone for a hr with customer saying hello I'm like really? I went to pick up my food i asked why was he so rude. He says do you want the pizza i don't have to sell it to you . I need to understand that his phone is messed up. He purposesly made me wait another 15 minutes for a pizza i called in 30 min prior. Hes disrespectful. I'll never return. They need a new manager. Ps the pizza is as nasty as the manager attitude.

Was out on the motorcycle and stopped in for their two pieces of pizza and a Coke for 7 bucks me and my daughter enjoyed it it was really good and the pizza slices were huge
Kid-friendliness: They were very friendly to my daughter and treated her like any other customer and she enjoyed being treated like an adult
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp right outside that is connected to the parking area

They messed up my last pickup order. I had ordered Mac and cheese bites for my kids and they had given us broccoli cheese bites. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. My kids refused to eat it. They nicely gave me a credit that I could use later. I tried to use it tonight and whoever answered the phone wouldn’t allow me to use the credit and was completely rude and unprofessional. How stupid to lose a customer over a $10 credit when you messed up the previous order.
