Don't go to Kelly's unless you're a local! The bartender will ignore you and completely ignore you if you are not from Port Penn! This is almost the same exact review someone gave 7 years ago. I didn't do a review but many years ago we had the same issues. Never really got a chance to try the crab cakes because we were ignored right at the bar! I really don't think they'll care about a one-star review. Everybody who goes there loves the food and gives five stars. 😡

Went there last Sunday and sat for 15 minutes waiting for a drink. The woman on the bar didn't even acknowledge me and my wife sitting there. The bar was very dirty and the service is horrible. I would have tried the food but I decided to leave and end the bad experience. The owner should hire someone who cares about their customers.

Let me start by saying this is a run-down hole in the wall that doesn't care about customers. The all you can eat shrimp they advertise is not bogus. They give you 3 at a time and stop coming to your table to let you ask for more. False advertising and horrible ethics. Stay away at all costs!!!!

We really like their cook crabs, fried oysters, fried mushrooms, and many other things from the fryer. The lima being soup is really good. The atmosphere is of a quaint bar that serves good food. The servers and the other customers have always been friendly. We take the drive down route 9 just to stop in Kelly's when we want some good comfort food.
