Bon Appetit Restaurant is a jewel in the midst of quiet business street in Seaford DE You enter into a typical European space, walls decorated with mirrors and wooden framed pictures, wooden tables of different sizes and shapes beautifully adorned, and a welcoming hostess. The menu covers any taste or diet, the food is as exquisite as the presentation and the portions are generous. The meal begins with warm bread and real butter, available list of wine, cocktails and apéritifs impressive. The dining experience was exquisite with the ambience, service and food competing for first place. All great.

We have eaten here many times and have had pleasant experiences. They may have been short handed, but service was slow & not up to their usual standard. As always, the food was delicious. Like everywhere, the prices have increased since we were there last - as the economy went nuts. We took friends who had never been there before.

Lovely view. Wonderful food. And sunset was just perfect. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We had a good sampling of entrees from file to scallops and duck. Everything tasted wonderfully prepared with quality ingredients. Prices were just as expected for a nicer meal with wonderful atmosphere. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this spot for a memorable evening.

Bon Appetit has been a favorite for me since I was little! My dad and I go every year before the father daughter dance, and I usually go a couple of other times throughout the year. The garlicky escargot is a must! Another of my personal favorites is the shrimp curry- it is delicious!! Their desserts always are amazing. Maggie is the best server ever and makes the place seem so much more full of life (not that it isn’t already, she’s just a big bonus!)!

This place never disappoints! Delicious start to finish. Gracious greeting. Stuffed mushroom appetizer delectable- amazing herb sauce. Unlimited freshly baked baguettes. The best French onion soup - not salty and plenty of melted cheese. Veal beautifully cooked, so tasty and tender. Filet mignon perfect! Amazing housemade coconut ice cream and pineapple upside down cake baked to order. Great, fresh coffee. All in a beautiful, clean bathroom, cute setting. Perfect for occasions or date night. Well worth the ride from wherever you live.
