Ordered online location had no record, so placed order. Onion rings were still ice cold in the center and completely under cooked. Whopper ordered cut in half...only top bun cut and sandwich was cold. Ordered Dr Pepper received a diet coke. Also no receipt to be found. Will not set foot in that location again and will pass the word!!

I had a great experience while I dined in and I didn't have to wait for someone to come to the register .The staff was friendly , polite and professional as well as the food . I definitely will visit again and look forward to having another great experience .

I am a worker and obviously all workers are trained before carrying out their work, even though at first it is very difficult for us, with the passage of time we learn, it is unfortunate that now some no longer want to do what they are supposed to do when they are receiving a salary and are only standing on the phone. Sonia as manager is in charge of solving our doubts but she will not do it if we as workers do not ask. (Echo Gonzalez)

Came into this establishment this evening for a quick meal when I have to say I was quite disappointed with the management skills on Sonia. You could clearly tell the young lady preparing the sandwiches was new, and the management skills on Sonia was just not it, the way she spoke to the employees, makes you wonder who made her manager. Instead of being patient and working one on one with the employees, you hear the shift manager Sonia badgering at the young employees, she didn’t even bother stepping in to help, just yelling. You can tell this is her everyday norm when she is doing it in front of customers, it truly shows the type of person she is, and one can only hope the rest of the management team isn’t as horrible as her. Burger King needs to do better and offer a leadership training to their management team.

I went one time they had cookies so got some cookies and they were BURNT and plus they were MOLDY if you come here please skip the cookies

I like Burger King but am not sure why it's not as busy as McD or Chick-fil-A. Maybe people are tired of it. We need a new advertising campaign.Of course I also like not having to wait in long lines.Maybe the King needs to visit all the Burger Kings and on that day the whopper is a dollar.
