The food was good However someone dumped a bucket of salt on the fries but other than that it was good and the service was excellent.

Food was right but what about the sauces. None were in the bag. Now I gotta make do with some dry food with no sauce. Get your sauce right next time.

It’s been gradually getting worse -today there were 2 girls taking orders one girl allowed a mother w 3 kids to stand there waiting for their food instead of saying move down there. That meant the other girl had to do all the work. I get to the table and noticed no receipt I thought I’ll go online and get it. I used my debit card. The girl scanned my phone too but there no record of my visit!!! This is NOT the first time They hate giving you your receipt.! I ordered 2kids meals, a large soup and the bacon barbecue meal which was so messy!!! I used about 10 napkins and had to wash my hands to get the sauce off. It was all over the place!!) I should’ve taken the kids to McDonald’s play place but it’s so cold in there. Sorry no more Seaford chick fil a! I’ll go to Milford where they are much more professional i wasn’t thanked once today! They acted like I was a chore and they were not full! Terrible place terrible service
Went through the Drive-thru to get some lunch. Ordered a 4 piece tender with large fries and a 3 piece tender with large fries. Get home and found that each of the tender orders were short by 1 piece and the “large” fries were about 1/2 full. Called the location to make them aware, manager said she was sorry about the tender orders but they often gat complaints about the fries because they settle ,,, so fries laid horizontally settle ??? She asked if I wanted to come back so they could correct the order, I declined given I was 20 minutes away.
In my opinion the portion sizes are decreasing (but prices aren’t), the service and quality at this location have been diminishing over the past year.
Note to self, hold up the drive through lane while you check each item in your order.
Note to Chikfila, improve your quality control and get it right the first time !!!!
