There’s always new people working in there and I probably order maybe once a month. This time when I went in I was told my order wasn’t ready but the app said it was. 🤷🏽♀️ I got my order checked it while there because it didn’t have the normal labeling. They gave me a pepperoni pizza when I ordered just left side with pepperoni. I waited then I just left there was 4 other people waiting already. I got home the cheesesteak wasn’t good and then that pepperoni pizza must have been a thin crust it was so soggy from grease. Disgusting. It’ll be a while before I go back.

Called at around 1030, the girl that answered interrupted me when I explained why I was calling, saying “I only have two drivers.” I asked for and ETA and was told “I have no idea.” Food arrived room temperature and soggy. 30+ bucks for crap service and crap food.

Placed an online order and an hour later the food still at the store. After calling I was told that it just now leaving the store and was headed to me. As I expressed my concerns about the pizza being cold I was told that the bags keep it warm but an hour after its pulled from the oven??? The person on the phone had excuse after excuses and then said since someone in the background used a curse word he was going to cancel my order. Sill waiting for a refund though hoping that comes in a timely manner because this location is a joke and should be shut down. I guess I'll just have to call the store and have someone in the background curse at them till I get a refund lol. Really do yourself a favor and go to any other pizza shop.
