Had to ask for more bacon and this is what I got. Mind you, they didn’t toast it. No syrup in my latte. Tried to call to speak to someone, rang for 3 minutes and I got a dial tone. Poor management. Poor staff. Poor inventory. Must’ve been out of bacon but it was 9 am. Edit: went back asked for it to be remade with the proper amount of bacon and our lattes be made hot with syrup and I hear staff saying they put plenty on. I just asked for a refund and won’t be returning. Incredibly disrespectful.SECOND PHOTO FROM WAWA IN BRIDGEVILLE. GO THERE. paid exactly the same within 10 cents of the order got the same stuff. I ordered a dozen donuts and a cartoon of coffee. The register girl gave me change $1.10. As I walked to the other end of the counter to pick up my order I checked my receipt to see what number I was. The receipt showed my change was $3.10. I went back to the cashier and told her she shorted me $2.00. She gave me the $2.00 in such a way that she was well aware she short changed me. As if she wanted me to move along. No hesitation. Just handed me the money. By doing this, by the end of the day, it adds up to a tidy sum. Is this her alone or does everyone behind the counter get a piece. I will never go into that Duncan again.

Terribly cold coffee drinks today! Over milked no coffee flavor, did it get added?! $11 wasted! Tired of paying for lousy coffee. Make it at home, that way you k ow it’ll be made right!!! This is not the first time I’ve had lousy coffee from this location. Train your people to make the orders correctly!!!!! No flavor, looks like 2 different orders, the iced coffee isn’t even what we ordered!

Night shift horrible cannot get orders right as well as long waits. Order a med cream and sugar no sugar went back cause I was close manager didn't even acknowledge mistake. NEXT day sane issue went back asked that they make sure the sugar was there again no sugar!!!

This location doesn't put everything you ordered in the bags at the drive have to check every time now and the food has been cold and tastes like its old and just reheated. Not good some members of staff are a joy but one lady has a regular attitude dread seeing her. All around not dunkins best location as all.
Not entirely sure how a wrapper of utensils ended up in my drink. I did not order food and it was so far in the drink, I didn’t even realize until halfway.
