Customer Service is Extinct at this Restaurant. Ordered the Chicken Alfredo entree which came with soup, vegetable and dessert. The soup came 1st, ate that and then the chicken Alfredo came, ate a few bites and then 1 inch piece of rusted metal came, they said would you like something else, I stated no as I had lost my appetite at that point. When I received the check, I was charged 12.00 for the meal that was 16.oo something and when I went to pay the Manager said he was charging for the soup and zucchini & ice cream. The whole meal should have been refunded as it was a 4 course meal everything was included in the price of the meal that is how the meal package comes. He had the nerve to say, I could have put the metal in there and that I wanted a free meal. That is asinine as I said I didn't want anything else after that. Based on the way this experience was handled , obviously will never frequent there again. SHAME ON YOU!!!
Ordered the New York Reuben and was very excited since it was coming from a diner. It was the most salty unappetizing Reuben I have ever eaten in my entire life. Will never order anything like that again.
