I will not be back again. We were seating pretty quickly which was nice. However after placing our order. We sat for an hour with no communication on what was going on. They place wasn’t as busy as I had seen in the past. An out waiter was to scared to tell us what was going on and sent someone else to tell us the kitchen was slow. After another 30 mins still no food so we left. This place was not very clean and as someone in customer service I expect better then what was given.
Evidently there was menu change. Not once did waitstaff mention hashbrowns or toast. Could not make a scrapple omelette but could get scrapple as a side. Is it impossible to replace bacon strips with scrapple in an omelette?? Ordered chicken fried steak and eggs, 20 minutes later was told no chicked fried steak. Service was awful. Coffee cold. IHOP now does not exist for me!! Oh yeah, prices outrageous!!!
