Eating in you get what you order. Waitresses are good. Take out. Whole other story. Constantly missing items. Refund or replacing item is a nightmare.

Sad to say how the lack of service really impacts your experience.The fact that I got my check mid meal before a refill is just crazy to me, didn’t know I had to wait for my check to ask for a refill really disappointing Yessica.

Breakfast this morning for my hubby(Fathers Day) and from the moment we walked in i was disappointed. Host walked past us twice before asking if we were dinning or picking up. Our server Nykiara J was terrible. Never greeted us to start with and was taking our drink order from behind the booth (standing behind hubby) attitude was awful we didn’t know her name until receiving bill receipt. Thanks to other servers we were helped along the way.

Stopped in for lunch with family on a Thursday afternoon. There was only one server so everything took longer than it should've. There was a mistake on my order but it was not the servers fault. The restaurant was empty but the food still arrived cold.

Went to IHop in Seaford De on 9/19/24. All I can say the service was terrible. When you came in the front door all the wait staff were sitting . We got seated and the waitress took our order then went outside with other waitresses , had a smoke and walk around the outside parking lot. Not a one of them when they came back inside went to wash their hands. We finally got our breakfast and that was the last we saw the waitress until we asked for our bill. Never asked how our breakfast was or if we wanted anymore coffee or tea. Yes these we kids who don’t know what work ethics are. The owner of this establishment should see what is going on. We will never be back or promote this I Hop.
