Our server Courtney was nice & attentive. Both ladies cooking did a great job on the food. It did seem like there were more servers than customers. Also expected to get a greeting from a manager since they were all just standing and huddled in one area.

I went to IHOP thinking that I want to get my delicious pancakes that I've always ordered however that was not the case the pancakes I got today was horrible I'm not sure if they're getting the pancake batter from a new distributor if that is the case I'm sorry to say you're going to go out of business I will try another IHOP at another location but these are not the same disgusting to say the least

My service and server were great! Food was great! It was the cleaner being used while we were eating that was way too strong! What chaps me even more a manger walker around saying nothing! I get a clean restaurant but I don't want to eat cleaning while I eat!

I honestly genuinely can say that if I could review and give 0 stars, I would… but I have to give 1 to be able to give details: This was BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE THT I CAN RECOLLECT IN ALL MY 30 years of life at ANY restaurant. EVER. I’m so upset tht my hands are shaking but I wanted to at atleast try get this much posted

Absolutely horrible I open my bag after getting curbside after getting food for me and my son once we got home Called to tell them I’d like a refund for the food not given and the manager tells me that the district manager has to contact me for a 7$ refund what a joke all my son wanted was his smiley face pancake how do you mess that up but give him everything else. I wouldn’t have made the review if the district manager was the truth but seeing how it’s been over 6 hours since someone contacted me shows me it was indeed a joke.

Never a wait at IHOP. My wife and I usually order from the $6 menu and it never disappoints. Service is usual good but at times could be slow which is unusual because servers are never busy when we go at off hours.

Bacon was overcooked, almost burnt. The pancakes were perfectly cooked. Hashbrowns were exactly how we like them. Didn't like having to wait to pay at the table.

SO WE STOP BY FOR BREAKFAST THIS MORNING AFTER DASTING FOR BLOODWORK AND I WISH WE HAD WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE. SERVICE WAS SLOW AS A SNAIL AND OUR FOOD SAT UNDER THE HEAT LAMP FOR 10 MINUTES OR MORE BEFORE OUR WAITRESS EVEN BOTHERED WITH IT. GETTING REFILLS WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH BECAUSE SHE NEVER CAME BACK TO CHECK ON US AT ALL. THE WAITRESSES WERE MORE WORRIED ABOUT SITTING AROUND AND TALKING TO EACH OTHER THAN WAITING ON THEIR TABLES. A FEW TABLES HAD TO GO UP TO THEM AND ASK FIRST STUFF THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED ON. THEN YOU HAD A GIRL CLEANING OUT CEILING VENTS OVER WHERE THEY BROUGHT THE FOOD OUT AND WHILE PEOPLE ATE. REALLY? SO SOME PEOPLE PROBABLY ATE DUST IN THEIR FOOD. ONCE WE FINALLY GOT OUR FOOD IT WASN'T EVEN WARM IT SAT THERE SO LONG. PANCAKES HAD NO TASTE TO THEM AND THE BACON WAS SO HARD IT COULD'VE BEEN USED FOR BACON BITS OVER A SALAD. THE SWEET TEA WAS SO DARN SWEET YOU COULD TASTE THE SUGAR IN IT. THE MANAGER WAS THERE BUT SHE WAS JUST SITTING AROUND TALKING TO THE WAITRESSES LIKE IT WAS SOCIAL HOUR AND NOBODY WAS THERE. THE TABLES ARE STICKY, SEATS ARE TEARING AND THE FLOOR MAKES YOUR SHOES STICK TO IT. OUR WAITRESS DROPS OFF THE CHECK WITH OUR FOOD AND IS THE ONLY THING SHE CHECKED ON TWICE TO SEE IF WE WERE READY TO PAY. WE GAVE HER A TIP BUT NOWHERE NEAR WHAT SHE WOULD'VE BEEN GIVEN IF SHE ACTUALLY WAITED ON US. HEADS UP DON'T GET THE COLORADO OMELET OR THE BREAKFAST SAMPLER BECAUSE IT'S DEFINITELY NOT WORSE THE PRICE YOU PAY FOR IT. WE WILL BE GOING TO ONLY THE SALISBURY IHOP FROM NOW ON BECAUSE THE SEAFORD ONE IS TOTALLY DISGUSTING AND POORLY RAN.
