The service was terrible with the evening crew. Everyone was playing around making videos, talking on their cell phones ,disrespectful to the ordering customers. If that wasn’t bad enough the chicken smelled like ammonia and made my family sick.And all the money we spent in this restaurant last night! It will never happen again. Complete and utter joke that this restaurant is able to go on.

As well as the chicken they prepared smelled like ammonia and made my family sick. And after all the money I spent that evening 3/11/23 I will never return to KFC in Seaford Delaware ever again. I can’t believe their able to stay in business and hope they don’t.

The guy that was preparing the food dug in a bucket of some kind of solution to retrieve a cleaning rag with the gloves he was wearing to prepare the food. I asked him to change gloves he says to me its sanitizing liquid in the bucket with a attitude. Idk about anyone else but tht was not sanitary. to wring a rag out, wipe the counter then finish making ppl food with the same gloves on. Asked for my money back

Awful! I paid $11 for a 3 peice meal and got 3 chicken legs that were 8 hours old and a biscuit from 3 days ago. Just pathetic. Never going back there.

8pice dinner went up more then 20%. The prices are so small they made the bucket lot smaller.I know the mash potatoes wave to be instant, but watering.
Chicken was rubbery and under cooked. First visit to KFC in years. Not sure when the quality declined.

Ordered a 12 pc and was told it would be 25 minutes so I waited. When I went inside to get order I was told it would be another 15 min. because the fryer had to get hot. Went in again in 15 minutes and was told again it would be another 15 minutes. I got my money back and left. Bad experience. You would think when you go to KFC you could get chicken. Terrible management.
