I had a bad customer service because when I asked a worker that works there she talked to me in a mad tone. And when I asked her for the pizza I forgot to ask her for napkins and she seemed very unpleasant and did the work in a lazy way. Do not go to this place.

It seems that I was bothering the lady by asking what was available. She was quite put out by having to answer me at drive through. When she condescended to check, and I purchased something, she stuck it out the window without a word and slammed the window as soon as I took it from her. I’m not sure how she expected me to place an order without knowing what was available

It was 830 pm on Saturday today 03/02/2024The little brown lady rolled her eyes when I walked in to get my order I don’t know why they all had an attitude use Salisbury location in Maryland they are all sweet as a veteran I felt very disrespected so I left without the food and got refund!

Got some bread sticks today . They had a funny taste. I realized that the garlic they used was bad. Please check your product before using it on anything. It really taste bad. Also vey little parmesan cheese on

I am very very disappointed in today’s service. I am a regular customer here at the Seaford Delaware location. Today will be my last day getting food from this establishment. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza for my grandkids. I get this item all the time….Never ever had I had the parmesan cheese and salt so heavy; to the point my grandkids wouldn’t eat it. I called them and explained that the Parmesan cheese and salt was too much and my grandkids won’t eat it…. Could they replace it.
Mind you this was my last I spent to get them something to eat. I was told that they measure out their portions sizes and that how it comes. No I eat there a lot and have never had it to that degree of saltiness. Again after speaking to two employees, one supposedly to be a manager they still refused to replace the pizza. I was left with screaming kids because they wanted pizza and I had no more funds to get them another. This was absolutely ridiculous and totally uncalled for. The management were rude and uncaring. Not to mention I called in the order and had to wait in line almost 10 minutes to get my called in order. They are unorganized and uncaring and I will never go back to that location or any other little Caesar pizza again. Good luck to the dogs in the neighborhood on eating that salt sandwich.

So the last couple times I have gone in I have called my order ahead. And for the first time yesterday it was actually very fresh when I got there but usually it is not it's lukewarm it looks old. I don't like the drive-thru because they will look at you when you're at the window and it's like they expect the next person to take care of you. A few times during the day their machine will say that they're closed and I will drive off and you'll see everybody inside that's happened a couple times. I feel like it's all young kids running the store and so they don't always have the care attitude. But if you call in your order I think you have a better chance of a fresher item at least it was that way from my last order with them

People would constantly come spray for bugs while we were OPEN. and the second picture is how william( the main manager) talks to employees that quit because he only gives them 8 hours a week, mind you he has never brought up anything to me until I quit anyway have a blessed day yall

You know how YOU take the time to go, pick something up from a location only to be ALL BUT READY to check out and their phone rings? Then proceed to help the person on the phone before finishing you!? That's here. More outrageous? Three people standing around. The bar in seaford just can not get any lower. Now it's just gross.
