Ordered through the app and took them 20 minutes to bring it to us. When they did it was cold and the Big Mac had so much sauce that the whole thing started to fall apart. This store is in need of better management.

Staff is always friendly and courteous. My issuse is with the quality of McDonalds food. I mean how do you mess up the fries man! That's their staple. And the nuggets are usually never freshly made anymore. But c'mon... get the fries right.

What happened to customer service? What happened to personal hygiene? Why is a an employee with more nose rings than fries in the basket, and 5 ft long unrestrained red hair handling food? Oh and the nails! Either her anus is dirty or her nails are. What happened to industry standards? I haven't even got to her attitude or the lack of any resemblance of guest first service. I was waving for somebody to to acknowledge that I was even there, and your staff just looked at me as if it wasn't their job. Not even a word. If Ray Kroc were still alive, he would fire everybody and bulldoze the store.

Ordered 1 fish sandwich meal, I Double Cheeseburger and a McChicken and did what your not supposed to do! Left the drive though without checking the bag. Why did I do that? Because who could mess up a order that small??? And wanna make 15 a hour doing so! Got home at 11:58 at night to find just a fish sandwich and fries! And they close at 12! Boy was I hot! Fat boy gotta eat!!! But no not that night! 9/24 This place bucks just the same. Stood Herr for 20 mins then got cold food!!!

I ordered two number ones two fish sandwiches two sweet teas and I got two small fries my order was to be large that's what I paid for
They choose who they serve at night in the drive through and check your food for extras that would gross you out. I would give it a zero.
