Combat Mind

The move to paper straws and reduction in drink size ruined it. I only went for a soda and was just disappointed at the size, it felt like getting a medium. Not to mention the price hikes on everything.

After being too, so many McDonald’s that quite frankly, suck, I have to give credit where credit is due. My hometown McDonald’s in Seaford is always fast, always fresh, and always gets my order correct. You have a great team at this location!

Ms. Cindy keeps the bathrooms very very clean. When I visit the Seaford Del McDonalds the bathrooms was so clean the walls, floor, toilets, everything. I could not believe it. I have been in many McDonald's I never seen it so clean even the dining area. Ms. Cindy really deserve appreciation or even a raise.

This is an OK Mcdonalds. A very simple order took about 30 mins, but the manager was very nice and kept those in the kitchen on track and to pick up the pace.

Very friendly staff and my special order was made perfectly. Very clean restaurant. The drive-thru was very busy, and they were still getting food out within 2 minutes of ordering

I hate to complain on Easter Sunday. I’ve been in customer service for 25 years and this is the worst service I have ever gotten at a McDonald’s. They forgot to put all my food in the bag so I had to go down the highway turn around and come back in park in a handicap spot because it was so crowded. That made me feel bad then I get inside and the manager walks away from me and tells an employee to deal with me. Of course I wasn’t happy horrible service.

I just went there and ordered a quarter pounder meal no pickles or onions with a sweet tea and I want to be specific because I hope the lady can remember me they told me to pull up to the yellow line and they would bring out my order after like 3 or 4 cars that were behind me already got their stuff and waiting for at least about 5 to 7 minutes I went in there suddenly she just gives me the food so it was already done I don't know why they never brought it out but horrible customer service it was a lady with dreadlocks black pants with a navy blue sweater I want to say she was a manager she passes me the food and gives me a little laugh in the face as if it was funny. I hope this post could get to a regional or district manager to have a sit-down with her.not cool Ronald
