I went through the drive thru, and the person told me to hold on. In the mean time the outer lane was empty, then a car came up and someone took his order, but never came back to me , i waited a good 6 minute then left and went to Hardee's and receive better Service.

There was this caucasian young guy probably in his 20s with wavyish hair that was takings my bfs order through the drive thru we’re Hispanic & I couldn’t take the order cause I was with my baby in the back and I just heard how my bf had sorta a confusion in ordering and the guy got mad and told my bf to “talk right man” I thought was very disrespectful ? I do not appreciate that kind of service

Husband stops every so often to pick me up an unsweetened tea from drive-thru. I would say that 4 out of 5 visits they gave me sweetened tea. After, the first wrong order he always asks are you sure it unsweetened and eeceives an affirmative YES! They even suggest for him to taste it (which he replied it you say it is I'm trusting you) he doesn't like tea - so prefers not to try. We had to dump the large teas almost every time. Thank God I'm not a diabetic! The sweet tea was like drinking sugar water. We go there because when the order is right I like the tea I get from there. With inflatuation, I can't afford throwing my money away and what a hassle to drive back after him working all day because of someone's mistake. Please be more aware of giving correct orders. You could be harming someone that has diabetes!

Love this McDonald's.Always quick and clean.Must say though, I have a new habit of calling it MethDonald's, because of all the meth heads that hang out there looking for handouts and their meth fix!Clean it up McDonald's. Our kids eat here!

They brought my order to the car. Handed me a bag that leaked onto my car seat and a milkshake that didnt have the lid fastened correctly and was all over the outside of the plastic cup. It covered my hands and also spilled onto the car seat. Never again. I had to spend 20 minutes cleaning the inside of my car because your employees aren't smart enough to snap on a plastic lid.

So we ordered at 1015 at kiosk. Order was handed to us 20 minutes later to find out it wasn't complete. So we stood at counter for another 5+ minutes to get it right all in total about 35 minutes and they were not busy.
Part of out food was cold and part of our order wasn't correct. Tried calling back up to the store to let them know and phone would ring and someone would pick it up and then hang up on me before I could even speak.
