Once again I was disappointed in my pizzas. This papa John 's was one of my pizza place in Seaford . The last couple pizzas have been undercooked and mainly doughy!. The first time was 2 weeks ago and I thought it was a fluke but the pizzas I ordered today were the same - undercooked plus the toppings were sparse. Looks like I will be buying from either pizza hut or dominos in the future.

Wish the Seaford PaPa Johns would be consistent in preparing pizza. My last 2 orders the crusted outer edges extend 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inches towards center of the pie leaving an extremely thin center. Now and then the crust extends no more than 1/2 inch or less with the correct thickness in the center.
Why such a deviation in prep of pizza must be due to inadequate training or standers.
Entertaining future orders I will likely drive the extra miles to order pizza quality that I can rely on. It is ashame that a good pizza is ruined due to inconsistent preparation.
Please wake up PaPa Johns! I also observed other similar complaints from the same Seaford Store.
UPDATE: Since my initial review PaPa Johns had much improved and we were so pleased to purchase many times after.
Today, May 3rd, we received the greatest disappointment realizing empty crust extended a good 1 1/4 inches from the pie itself. We are done with PaPa Johns. Please be aware when ordering you may receive bread attached to pizza. It is like playing Russian roulette with PaPa John's.

Food is good, when you actually get it. Had some issues with their delivery here and there. Previous deliveries I have made, I was told by the driver that they were the ONLY driver working that night. Other times they'll just simply drive to the wrong address.
You're better off just carrying it out yourself, though based on other reviews I've read, you may want to find a whole other place entirely.

Dawn is awful and rude. Wants to argue with customer who are kept waiting too long rather than apologize. Tripped up in her own lie. Here’s my screen Dawn. Crazy tho. Never had someone tell me to cancel my order before. Much less a GM. Unprofessional.
Ordered 15 extra large cheese pizzas for delivery on a Saturday afternoon and they said there was only one guy making pizza but they got it done and every one was perfect! A gem 💎

One of my son's absolutely loves the pizza there, but the rest of the family doesn't. One of the main reasons is the crust is always underdone. I've ordered at times in the past and selected the well done option for crossed but it still came pretty much raw in the center. But that is not my biggest complaint. I have not had any major issues with the employees at the store, so for the following issues they're not the ones really to blame. With most if not all of their deals, you have to go online to order them. While I do usually order most items online, it's still a little disappointing that you can't speak with someone without going through a very long automated system. Gift cards are an absolute nightmare. They couldn't take my gift card in store. They said I need to order online, but it would not let me use more than one gift card. Also, if the gift card amount did not cover the whole order, then you could not place the order. I had a $20 gift card and usually if I have a gift card for a place, it will take that amount off and then I pay the difference on a credit card or debit card. The app will not let you do that. So one time for my son's birthday, I had to place three separate orders that came to less than $20 each and thankfully I was able to get it within a few cents of $20 for each order so that I didn't lose that much, but it's about the principal and convenience of ordering on an app. There is no convenience at all. The problem is you can't even talk to the store or place the order in person to overcome the issues with the app as pretty much they can't do anything in store other than make the pizza. I have easily used e-gift cards in person at other restaurants. If it were not for the fact that my son loves Papa John's, we would not order from here. I still have two $20 gift cards for my son that I'm going to have to figure out how to use. I'll probably just have to again place multiple orders and try to come in underneath the total amount. When I looked online to see if I could add multiple gift cards, it did say you could go to the website and add them to your account, but I did not see that option when I went to the website. They're just inconvenient all around.

The food is always ready when I get there to pick it up, and always delicious. On the rare occasion the food is wrong, they always make it right by either remaking it for free or giving me 50% off the next order.Store is always clean and the staff if very helpful and friendly.
