New employees and service was much better. Chicken was overcooked. Wait time was not insignificant

Parking: Lots of 🧒 younger generation love to hang out there and just sit inside or outside in front of the building and on the sidewalk across from the parking lot and play music 🎶 very loud and just saying anything and everything they can come up with . It's a. nice business but the crowd is just not worth your time being able to get in and out without having to walk through all that noise and large trucks and lots of young people that don't have respect for anyone else feelings but there own. They need to be home looking at TV shows or the News on what is going on in the world today.

The sammich never fails.
Placed order at 450pm, Waiting forever for our food. 30 minutes and still no food. Alot of people, parked, waiting on their orders as well. At least let the food be fresh and hot. Finally got our food at 537 because my son had to go in. They forgot our order...smh!

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to address several recurring issues at the Popeyes location in Seaford, DE, approximately 30-40 minutes from the next closest franchise. Despite being a loyal customer, I have experienced repeated disappointments due to supply shortages, slow service, and inconsistent availability of operational equipment and resources at this location.
On multiple occasions, I have waited 25 to 30 minutes in the drive-thru—intended to offer a faster service option—without any notice that meals are made to order. The absence of signage or communication leaves customers without the choice to adjust expectations, and the lengthy delays have never been acknowledged with an apology or proactive communication.
My most recent visit, just two hours before the store’s scheduled closing time, revealed that the location was completely out of side items, a core element of both combo and family meals. No alternative was offered to accommodate customers under these circumstances, creating a disappointing experience that reflects poorly on Popeyes' reputation.
I strongly request that this franchise owner and management team in Seaford, DE, undergo a formal review to ensure accountability to Popeyes’ standards. This location’s ongoing issues with supplies, service delays, and lack of customer accommodation threaten to erode customer trust and diminish the Popeyes brand experience.
Thank you for considering this matter. I hope for a prompt response and a resolution that will restore the standards we expect and appreciate from Popeyes.
Note: This is not a rebuke of the workers, but the owners of franchise for not providing their employees with the resources and freedom to make on the spot decisions to make up for losses, to take care of the public that they serve.

Ordered (and paid for) a 5 piece tender combo and a 3 piece combo. After waiting 20 minutes I got home only to realize they gave me one 3 piece combo and then 3 chicken tenders. I didn’t not receive my 5 piece combo instead I got 3 chicken tenders without fries. We go to Popeyes all the time but we don’t normally go to this location. I know Popeyes wait is normally long and that is fine. I was sad to see I did not receive all of the food I paid for.

Service is hit or miss... they have messed up order couple of times. A few weeks ago, a girl working there ran after our car to give us couple of items that drive-through guys forgot about. So there is that.

Ya'll need to work on those attitudes😬
Went to seaford location yesterday ordered a 2pc to take my mom in nursing home I was told they were out of drums so they gave me 2 thighs that were tiny and dried up. Unacceptable for the amount they charge you. This is ongoing at this store. I know there is policy about how long chicken stays on the line. This exceeded it by far. When I called and complained they offered nothing. Back to Rofo I guess
There's a stall young lady that's in there sometimes she works at the window her attitude sucks when you let her know what you want she wants to give you what she wants you to have you asked for mashed potatoes with no gravy she gives you mashed potatoes with gravy..when you say something to her about it she gets nasty. I've had this problem with her each time I go to the store.
