The guy taking my order would not give me the time of day to finish telling him how I wanted my drink. I will never come here again.

Very very slow. I went for first time and ordered ahead 10 min and normally all other places I do the same and get my drink through drive thru or in store pick up within a reasonable time. I decided to pick my drink up in drive thru. I get the notifications of when my drink order begins being made. I did not thought it was because of low cell drive through the area I was passing. Get to drive thru to habe5 cars ahead of me. Get to the speaker and they said it’s not ready it. And took me 20 min to just get my coffee. Made me late for work. I was hesitant to order and visit this place again. Went again week later and did in store pick up and ordered 10-15 min ahead this time and yet to arrive at the store and not find it ready. Barista was not even welcoming and didn’t bother asking what I was waiting for. Waited a good 10 min before drink was done. I told myself this location is done getting my money. Didn’t visit it and just decided to go to Wawa down the street to get my coffee. A few weeks later gave it another shot to try and to only be disappointed. My drink was god awful disgusting as there wasn’t any taste to it and left a bad aftertaste. Let’s just say this place needs a refresher with service and productivity. Will not be going here any more.

Weekend staff is great! The staff during the week is horrible. The attitudes are disgusting and the wait is insane. Sadly, there’s no other Starbucks so I’m forced to go there. You can order online, it’ll say it’s “ready” & when you get there, it’s not ready and they have none of the ingredients to make the drink! It’s insane.

If you have anything to do today, don’t stop here. We’ve been going to this Starbucks for almost 5 years. It’s always been great. But within the last few months, something has changed and it has gone downhill fast! The customer service is horrendous. You can order your items ahead, but it doesn’t matter because you’ll still be waiting an additional 20+ minutes for 2 drinks, even after the timeframe they give you for your purchase. They have no less than 7/8 people working at all times, not including a manager on site, now, but it is WORSE service than when they would only have 3/4 people working. I have wasted too much time and energy with this place now. I thought it was a one time issue, or maybe a staffing issue. But I really just think that there is no order, poor management, and no training on customer service at all. Instead of focusing on hiring the right people who would be beneficial to the team, you hire people who bring the team down. I would rather drive 20 minutes outside of my way than to drive 5 minutes down the road to the closest Starbucks. Spending $15/day is too expensive to have terrible customer service. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Long lines from the highly-anticipated holiday drop didn’t slow this crew down at all. The staff truly go above and beyond, greeting every customer with a smile and keeping the vibes positive. Service is quick, consistent, and full of holiday spirit. Love this location!

I never been so disappointed over something so stupid…waited outside til they opened at 5 AM to try to get a bear cup and a hello kitty plushie…as soon as we (6 ppl) were let inside, saw two employees ON THE CLOCK already in line purchasing the only two bear cups they had 😳😳😳😳😳🤬🤬🤬 like what the actual flip????? Uhhhhm isn’t it against policy to be doing that on the clock??? Plus another employee had snagged the only two hello plushies they had and had handed it off to two employees who came in off the clock. That doesn’t seem right to us in the general public. 😒😒😒 SEAFORD STARBUCKS DO BETTER. It’s not fair that all the good shiz was copped by EMPLOYEES. 😤😤😤💔💔💔 and to top it all off, I ordered a gingerbread chai and was given just a regular chai. Didn’t realize it til I had already left. Welp.

Why wait in line for something “exclusive” just for all the employees to get them at the opposite door
Guy with the motorcycle came last and got one handed to him at the door as the blonde hair at the window got only of the only bear cups pretty sad.
The only respectable employee was the guy off the clock first in line kinda disappointed
I did take pictures of the two disrespectful employees and will be sharing them on social media with my receipt 🧾 since I wasted gas I just bought a drink

It’s crazy how limited supply items were copped by EMPLOYEES. Went w/ my bf to try to snag at least one bear cup and the employees were already in line buying the only 2 ones they had. 😒😒😒😒 isn’t it against policy to buy stuff when you’re on the clock??? Plus another employee was handing out the only two hello kitty plushies they had to two other employees who came in off the clock. So it seemed like they were holding it back for them 😳😳🫠🫠 That’s a disadvantage to us non employees, it’s just not fair or right. 😤😤😤 SEAFORD STARBUCKS DOOOOO BETTER.

I enjoy going to Starbucks. I pretty much get the same drink all the time. I don’t usually try other ones cause they don’t always like them. It’s rare when they mess up my drink. Everyone works so hard and so quickly they’re so kudos to you guys. The drive-through has been taking a lot longer than normal. I’m not sure if they’re short staffed but they still work as hard as they can.
