I've gone to this Taco Bell on and off for overtwo years now and customer service is usually great! I wish I knew the name of the two people in particular who I would always see at night after work awhile back so I could give them a much deserved shout out! I have a fair amount of modifications to my order which I'm aware can be annoying as someone who works in food service. I'm an ex vegan who's gone vegetarian as of recently and Taco Bell is one of the few fast food places near Seaford that can make a fulflling veggie option. I pay the extra charges and don't mind having to pull up to wait for my order. I feel that I always attempt to make sure that the workers know that they are appreciated. But as of recently, particularly the other night the lady at the window was obviously annoyed and made it known that I was an inconvenience by rolling her eyes etc. When I received my food there were a few things wrong but I didn't bother going back this time because of that. Once again I can understand being annoyed especially if there's a line but I didn't go near closing time and wasn't rude to her at all. Compared to the great service I experienced in the past, this was disappointing.

We paid over $30 for two people and we definitely didn’t get our money worth! This is supposed to be a CHEESY Gordita and it’s almost 6$ and I got barely any cheese and when I complained about it, they didn’t even offer to fix it. I had to pay for a tiny cup of nacho cheese sauce to make it edible and not just all shells! It was a waste of time and money! Never again!

Very disappointed!!!My husband can't eat much and no box meals were offered at a reasonable price. As 2 seniors we were forced to order a $10 meal with 2 tacos and a burrito plus a tiny bag of not wanted chips and less then half full container of cheese. I had to buy a small drink of fountain soda and paid $2.30 for a tiny(very) cup. We will not be going back after spending almost $14 and getting nothing good. The cashier was cold acting and unfriendly but the girl getting our for was polite and smiled. Cashier should not be working with people. Just not a good help when I asked questions.We always loved that Taco bell but we're so very disappointed, plus why is there nothing for seniors and should have senior drinks, WITHOUT ASKING!!! ??☹️?

The food I did receive was a sopping mess of grease and my tortillas were falling apart before I could bite them. Something was left out of my order, and when I called I was treated with disrespect and no solution was offered other than to buy another item that was left out. This is 110% without a doubt THE WORST Taco Bell that has ever been in service and I hope with a passion they’re shut down for health code standards and inexcusable service
If I could give zero stars I would. I just left this Taco Bell and paid three dollars for a side of beef that they put in a small cap that they put the nacho cheese in. The staff is rude. Every single time I come here something is either missing or the experience it’s just plain out bad. I have never paid almost 3 dollars for a small cap of beef that’s supposed to be a “side”.

Staff is rude. My wife cannot eat tacos with lettuce and knew the other said no lettuce drive thru said these two have no lettuce get home and boom lettuce. What if she ate that and had to go to the hospital? And how are you going to get mad at the customer for being mad because Taco Bell cannot do the order right. Like in all honesty no one called them with ignorance until the so called manager decided to curse at my wife over 2 tacos. Like really though?

This was my first time being served by Crystal F. at the drive thru, and I hope it will be the LAST bad experience with her. I've never had issues with this Taco Bell, but I should have known something was off based on our wait time at the window. Second, we drive a ways just to find out that we're missing an order plus the sauces and had to drive back to the drive thru. We were apologized to, handed the missing order and reassured that the sauces were in the bag. ? SAUCES WERE NOT IN THE BAG. My husband had to literally park the car, go inside and get the missing sauces from the order and the additional sauces that were missing? When a customer has to DRIVE BACK to your drive thru, don't assume anything, just ensure that their needs are met? Asside from that, the food was excellent ?
