It's hot, and the drinks are cold. The Seaford Texas Roadhouse has a laid-back ambiance, and the service is phenomenal.
My husband and I typically go here for date night, sans children. As a result, we are typically seated in one of the smaller sections, in a booth that accommodates two people, with either Dylan or German as our server. Both are amazing!
Last night, Dylan waited on us. He was prompt in taking our orders and addressing our needs, as well as the variety of questions I had about one of the cocktails.
All the servers, bussers, and hosts are always friendly. The facilities, bathrooms and tables, are always clean.
While Texas Roadhouse is a favorite restaurant of ours in general, we specifically go to this location because the food is superior (and the mac and cheese is homemade!) to Texas Roadhouse locations that we have been to, and the wait to be seated is typically not as long.
I can't wait to go again!

I am really sad about what happened when we went out to lunch today. We had a party of four—my two sons and my one son’s girlfriend—and we were celebrating both my birthday and my son’s 20th birthday. Since my sons were in from out of town, we talked about where to go for a late lunch and decided on Texas Roadhouse because we all love the food there.
We ordered the Cactus Blossom, which was delicious, along with rolls. We each had steak, ribs, or chicken meals, and everything tasted great. We were so full that we boxed up more than half of three meals plus the Cactus Blossom. After paying, we left and went to the store. About 15 minutes later, I realized we didn’t have the bag of food with us.
I immediately called the restaurant, explained that we had just left, and told them who our server was. The person on the phone checked and came back to say the food had already been thrown out. I was shocked. I said we had only been gone 15 minutes, and she repeated that if it wasn’t brought up front, it was discarded and there was nothing she could do.
I understand that we made the mistake of leaving the bag, but after spending $150, being told “there’s nothing we can do” was really upsetting. I served tables for over 20 years, and if someone left their food, we always held it for at least an hour in case they returned. Hearing that it was simply tossed out so quickly makes me feel like I probably won’t go back. It was just really disappointing.

Went to pick up a to go order. It’s below 32 degrees. I had my 6 year old with me. Went in to host stand, they told me to go to window outside. I said we didn’t want to stand outside in the cold, was told too bad, that’s the policy. Now I see why. Multiple mistakes, cold as ice. I’d have likely checked it if i hadn’t had to sit out in the cold to do so. Garbage service.
