My wife and I each got steak meals. She got the new york strip meal that was ordered medium well and I got the ribeye, that was ordered medium. Hers was way overcooked and burnt on the bottom, but mine was cooked perfectly. Our server was very nice and on point and the atmosphere was great. It also felt and looked cleaner than other texas roadhouse restaurants.

We had Sean as our server. He was one of the best servers I have had in a while. I let him know that and he said he appreciated that because he is new. It seemed like he had been serving for years, so best of luck to him. He was great!

Update: The owner reached out and gave us a $30 gift card. The steak when we returned was cooked perfectly. Great customer service follow up.

Original post: My steak was overcooked. I had asked for a center cut 14 ounce ribeye. When I got it was rubbery and overcooked. My second steak was not center cut and it was cooked medium. Half the steak was fat. I was told they could get me another one but I had already waited 20 mins and everyone else was finished...
