Food was great but the highlight was the shift manager Heather. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. Came to the store 1 minutes before closing but she was very nice and smiling. Accommodating every wish and bring food out for us. She is 10 out of 10.

First out of almost 15 people to order. Management was confused of first come first serve. I was the last to get my food. Mind you some people that got their food had same items I was supposed to get. when I get in my vehicle the food was cold. Would’ve talked to management but it’s easy to tell no one had a clue how to operate!

The best service I have ever had at an Arby’s. The manager for the night Jade Hall is phenomenal. She was pleasant and we received quick service from her. Jades personality alone will have us come back. Can not say enough good things about the service we received from her.

Stopped yesterday. Ordered a crispy chicken meal and crispy fish meal. Chicken was plain, nothing but dry chicken and bun. Fish was cold. I eat here often but these meals were awful. Should have taken then back but we were pressed for time.

No staff during breakfast . Stand at counter and purposely avoided so they don't have to make a sandwich. This is everyday . Then if your lucky enough to get someone to acknowledge you at any point of the day it's slow af. Nothing fast about this place.
