Ordered box of 25 Assorted Munchkins, Egg/Cheese/Turkey Sausage on Everything Bagel & Hashbrowns. Bagel & Hashbrowns seem overpriced for the portion size, Munchkins were fine. Service was great, place was clean. Sheena was solid. Use your own judgement.

Ms.Rebecca Was so kind to exchange my mobile drink from hot to ice.. the whole staff was nice.. the drinks were perfectttt!! Store was clean and fast.. orders were organized Visiting in the area but see yall again for sure!!

I can't share my experience with their service or food because no one waited on me. A girl walked passed me twice and never said hello, I'll be with you in a minute, go to he!!, nothing. So I went to the self serve screen and half of what I wanted was not on the screen. So I left 30 seconds ago and I'm currently on my way to Starbucks ✌️

We’ve traveled down the entire East Coast and have probably stopped at over 30 different Dunkin’ locations—because we genuinely love you!
However, this particular Dunkin’ was, without question, the worst experience we’ve had at any location in the country. Bad enough that I felt compelled to track it down and leave this review.
My order was very simple, yet it was taken incorrectly five separate times. I eventually stopped asking for corrections because the drive-thru staff clearly couldn’t handle the order we had already placed. When we finally pulled up to the window, the woman attempted to hand me two completely incorrect drinks. When I said, “Oh, those must not be ours,” her response was: “I didn’t take your order, how would I know?” Excuse me?
Fast food 101: if you’re handing something out a window, you should read the screen or ask, not just pass it off and get defensive when corrected. A simple “Thanks for the heads up” would’ve gone a long way.
Instead, we waited 20 minutes. No apology. No “please pull ahead.” Nothing. When I finally asked for our two donuts and some straws, I was snapped at and told, “Please be patient,” with one of the nastiest, most disrespectful tones I’ve ever encountered—despite the fact that I was being incredibly patient.
Both employees—the older woman and the one with long, slicked-back hair—were rude, unprofessional, and clearly unhappy to be working. Sadly, it showed in everything they did. We ended up throwing away $46 worth of poorly made drinks and went to a different Dunkin’ just to salvage the experience.
This location seriously needs new staff—people with basic customer service skills, a willingness to do their job, and the maturity to not act like resentful teenagers.
We’re New Yorkers. We don’t need your life story—we just want coffee and service. It’s not complicated. Other Dunkins do it right every day. This one? Absolutely unacceptable.

There was one dude working the drive thru tonight, so line was moving a little slower that usual. I came for one donuts. When I got to the window he thanked me for being patient and gave me an extra donut
This Dunkin runs like a well oiled machine on steroids. They are so fast, efficient, and accurate. 10/10 customer service, 100/5 stars ⭐️

Food was normal Dunkin Donuts. Service was a little slow as we stood at the counter waiting to place our order for longer than necessary when no one else was in the place. The worst part of this Dunkin Donuts in the parking lot & how to enter/exit. Very confusing.
Parking: The entrance & exit were difficult to navigate.

The oriental girl that works there was extremely rude to us. We asked for extra napkins as the drinks that they handed us were a mess and she smacked her teeth and gave us a dirty look. Never again will I go to location. Train your employees better!!
Excellent, super fast, welcoming service. Food is consistent, warm and yummy. Your crew is so friendly and upbeat. Donuts are fresh and delicious. Breakfast sandwiches are good as well as the coffee.
