This McDonald's was OK but they got my coffee order wrong. I like thier coffee but they should stick to burgers and let Starbucks do special coffees.

The manager was constantly belittling the staff of young men and the service quality was abhorrent. The manager said some very vulgar things to the staff and even one of the customers ahead of me in line. THIS IS NOT THE IMPRESSION I SHOULD GET AT MCDONALDS!

Food was lukewarm and very mediocre. Would NOT recommend!

The manager was very rude with poor service, waited 25 minutes for a large fry and a 20pc McNuggets. Frys were uncooked and my nuggets were soggy. I also overheard the manager verbally harassing the employees. 0/10 experience would rather eat cardboard

Facilities were disgusting, women’s room had one plugged toilet, nearly overflowing.
Young man at the front counter presented him better than the manager did and wasn’t afraid to call out the manager for his screw ups with orders.
The actual manager could not handle managing this group of boys. He was cursing at the staff, calling them names, did not present himself like a manager should. We waited for our food longer than we should have due to the lack of coordination between the baggers.

It is a shame that the Selbyville/ Fenwick McDonald's do not give out McVoice survey coupons with special award offers available ( like buy one sandwich and get one for free)as other Delaware McDonald's do.

Food was decent, and the staff was friendly, but they had a major problem with completing orders correctly, both in the drive thru and at the counter, including my own order. Standing in line to order, and I was 3rd, 2 complaints came in from drive thru, and they messed up one customer's order in front of me twice. My own, they forgot an item i ordered. They did fix every issue, but the fact that they made so many brings my rating down.
