Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional experience. Thank god I look at my food before I bite into it. Literally a hairball baked into the bread. I took it back to the counter, and instead of apologizing, the employee tried to tell me it was “plastic” and then casually said they’d been pulling it out of the bread all morning. Excuse me?? That is not reassuring in the slightest. While remaking my order, she asked if my sandwich was supposed to be spicy. I said no. Then, while I’m standing right there, I hear her loudly talking to a coworker in the back saying, “She said it’s not spicy but look at it, it looks spicy, so just give her the non-spicy one.” Why are you talking about me like I can’t hear you? I know what I ordered. The whole thing felt rude, dismissive, and honestly gross. Between the hairball-that-isn’t-a-hairball and the staff gossiping about customers at full volume, I’ve completely lost my appetite and any trust in this location’s food handling

I asked the young woman out the window a question she said huh? and I repeated it and then she said I don’t understand you and slam the window closed.

Waste of life going here. My kids don’t get fast food often. Tonight we were excited for our 1 of 3 times a year to eat out. A happy meal comes with apples and fries unless you say double fries. It isn’t rocket science.
12 times I had to repeat the same first order!
“6 nugget happy meal, double fries and apple juice”
The girl couldn’t get it. So no apples? No. Repeat order. So 2 apples? No. Repeat order. So it comes with apples and fries. No. Repeat order. So um like you want apples and extra fries?” No.… over and over. Someone should retrain her stat!

Me and my boyfriend went here to pick up a mobile order drive thru and it seemed that the one guy at the speaker did not understand us and it was very frustrating, my boyfriend had to repeat himself 4 times. But when we got to the window we were greeted by will, my boyfriend spilled his soda all over and will gave us a new one and made everything better about our experience there! He went above and beyond

I have been frequenting this McDonalds for quite some time now and have never had a bad experience. The drive through is typically busy but they are so quick and efficient.
The interior is always well maintained and clean. The staff always greets me with a smile and the food is always hot and ready to eat.
I have started using the McDonalds app and really enjoy getting the free perks from time to time. The only downside is the parking lot and getting in and out sometimes. While there are multiple entrances and exits, it can get crowded since a CVS, Harris Teeter, restaurants, and the Bayside community very close by.

How hard is to too make an eatable biscuit? I work in the area now so this McDonald’s is where I get breakfast some mornings. I eat sausage egg and Cheese biscuits. I love them when the biscuits are cooked properly. Only time I have a decent breakfast sandwich is when I asked for the biscuit to be cooked fresh . Which takes FOREVER . So today I got one and I just ordered without a special order . I couldn’t even eat the sandwich the biscuit felt like a brick ! Why????? Very upsetting.

The service at this MCD is awful and the place should not be staffed with the local uncivilized- they are rude especially the dark skinned female manager who's attitude was appalling
