How hard is to too make an eatable biscuit? I work in the area now so this McDonald’s is where I get breakfast some mornings. I eat sausage egg and Cheese biscuits. I love them when the biscuits are cooked properly. Only time I have a decent breakfast sandwich is when I asked for the biscuit to be cooked fresh . Which takes FOREVER . So today I got one and I just ordered without a special order . I couldn’t even eat the sandwich the biscuit felt like a brick ! Why????? Very upsetting.

The service at this MCD is awful and the place should not be staffed with the local uncivilized- they are rude especially the dark skinned female manager who's attitude was appalling

i went to the drive thru on monday dec 16 at 11 am and the two ladies working there were super nice and had great energy and customer service. the lady at the first window had christmas earrings and a nose piercing and the girl at the second window had hoop earrings and a braid. i’ve never experienced such great customer service from mcdonald’s.

Bad Mac Donald place I ever been. Drive thru and inside store workers not respect 3 times I’ve been this place food and service really awful. I rather drive 10 mins more to selbyville and get my food out there but not in lighthouse. I hope they change workers or manager idk what’s with workers

Second time this place has done this. I used my mobile app and I ordered extra onions on my sandwich and instead got no onions on my sandwich. This place is a disappointing McDonald's and it also is disturbing that when you try to call them it goes just to a voicemail after ringing three times. Says to leave a message and yet no one ever calls back. I wish this McDonald's didn't exist with how terrible they are smh...

I wanted to leave a positive message, because I rarely visit the Lighthouse Rd Selbyville location. And the gentleman that served me curbside went above & beyond. I had my face in my phone & he politely waved at the window to get my attention. He was polite an professional when he gave me my food order. Even though I was wasting his valuable time. But then he did something I have been asking management for since curbside service began. He asked me if I needed any sauces or ketchup. You can't order ketchup with your fries on the app & the curbside folks rarely bring any eith them. Bravo & hats off to this empoyee who goes the extra mile. I hope management appreciates him, because he takes his job very seriously. Thank you.
