Stopped by Papa’s before heading over to catch 54 for happy hour. Went upstairs, which has a better view and sat at the bar. Had a beer and they offered free tortillas and salsa. We ordered chicken bites from the appetizer menu, which were pretty good. Then we tried the taco flight. Yes a taco flight!.
