We came to Starbucks and had to wait in line for 25 minutes — and there were only 5 people ahead of us. There were three employees working, but none of them seemed interested in doing their job or even moving — except for the barista, Dream.
Jenny took our order, and it took her 7 minutes, during which she still managed to make multiple mistakes. In the end, I didn’t even get the right coffee.
This was honestly one of the most frustrating Starbucks experiences I’ve had. Completely unacceptable.

been to this starbucks a few times and have had a horrible experience every time. the staff is very rude and gave attitude when i asked for my drink to be remade which they made incorrectly. today was the third time my drink was made incorrectly and i didn’t even bother asking for a new one because of the rude staff and horrible service.

This Starbucks makes the absolute best drinks!!! They’re so friendly & move as quick as they can in such a small space. I wish they carried lunch options but it is my favorite location

I waited as the first person in line for over 10 minutes as the two Starbucks staff kept making the mobile orders. They kept ignoring the growing line of people in the store. It was ridiculous. They were even talking about how they wanted to turn off the mobile orders but couldn’t as I guess their manager was on break. The priority should be people in line in the store. Not the way other starbucks locations work at all. Ended up leaving and getting coffee from another place.

So watch out! They close before their published hours. It seems to be based on which employees are there. Some are totally ok with serving you near closing or even just after if you were in line. Others close early 5 to 15 minutes ahead. Frustrating when you just make it there due to summer traffic and then find they are closed. Other than this problem, the food and drinks are excellent, and the SB app now lets you mobile order for these grocery store locations.
Parking: Grocery store so plenty of parking
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair access but there is quite a bump at the main store entrance

I was so disappointed. I ordered a Carmel Ribbon Crunch. Where was the caramel? The drink was thin and tasteless. The girl who made up the order was very nice but that doesn’t make up for the fact that the drink was awful. Undrinkable. Will not order from them again.
