Ordered on their website for delivery and was missing items, so I called the store and they told me it was doordashes fault. I then opened my sub and found that it was completely wrong so I drove to their store to see if they would remake the order. The employee who I'm guessing was the manager wanted absolutely nothing to do with helping me and refused to remake the order. The customer service here is absolutely horrid and I will never come back again.

I ordered 2 subways and would like 4 separate wrappings. The employee was completely clueless that meant 2 pieces for each subway and 2 x 2 = 4.I managed to get her to give me 2 wrappings for the 1st sub.Then I had to remind her to do the same for the 2nd sub. That's when she blurted "don't be smart".The same person had all the patience in the world with a demanding customer just before me, but couldn't bear a simple reminder with me. Just Weird.

I come here often for the convienence store and the subway, this branch rarely disappoints. They do have occasional small mishaps like they didn't make enough bread, out of cookies, mixed toppings in the bins, their employees are nowhere to be found, etc. Silly stuff that is easily fixed.Whats important is the food is good, place is kept decently clean, and the staff are all friendly

I have never seen a manager belittle a customer like I did today. My husband order a steak sub that they no longer had posted on the board unknowning to him. We know what we want and don't really look at the menu. The Manager made a chicken sub and He corrected her then she pointes at the menu with an additude saying 'the one we no longer make! The one that isn't on the board!!' And throw the chicken sub to the side and made the steak he asked for. I don't understand why it was made to be such a scene.

I have NEVER been treated the way I was treated at this place. Disrespectful, ignorant, and just sloppy. I will never eat here ever again. And I recommend you don't either unless you want to be treated like you've wronged these people in some way. The people who own this place should be ashamed of themselves and the people that still work at this location. You couldn't pay me eat here again and I'm a local.

Ordered 3 subs today - Footlong Veggie Sub (x1), 6" Ham & Turkey Sub (x1) and 6" Oven Roasted Turkey Sub (x1). The first two were made correctly, the third was not; we received two Ham & Turkey Subs instead. So, our order was missing an Oven Roasted Turkey Sub. 1 person in our order did not want Ham, nor how it was made, but "settled for it." My email order confirmations showed me I ordered correctly. Please double-check when you make orders so others do not receiving an order w/ a missing item nor "settle" for mistakes. Ending this on a positive note, the food received was tasty, and we would return.

Bought Footlong subs 3 times at this Subway location. Mostly Friendly workers. Used App once and it worked well. Tried 3 types of subs, Ham and Cheese, Teriyaki Chicken and Steak. My favorite is Steak. Could be more meat on all and they do have that option for more $$, of course. Toasted Bread was good and subs were good. NOT as good as Jersey Mike’s but they were good for the $$ I paid with using Deals, etc. Don’t understand the Low Rating for this Location.

Was not happy today made a online order for pick up ordered the sweet teriyaki chicken with just chicken teriyaki sauce more cheese s&p and all I got was a dry chicken and cheese WOW and the chicken that was on there was how much is normally on a 6 inch sub
