Ordered the Lemon Twist half sheet cake, a cookie tray and 2 dozen cannolis for my husband's birthday. They were outstanding! The cake was a lemon cake with raspberry filling and by far the hit of the party.

Called on November 5 to order a very special anniversary cake to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Talked to Linda, texted her pictures of our original wedding cake. Verbally she said no problem for pickup on November 22, she'll make it look like our wedding cake topper as it was simple to create.
I arrived on November 22 (coming from Indiana mind you). No cake, no record of my order! Said if I wanted something it would have to be a 7" white with white icing. I said that's what I ordered with you, Linda, along with the guarantee that it would be ready and look like pictures I texted! All I got was, "I think I remember talking to you. Text me pictures again and I'll get something ready in a while." No apology for the RUDE behavior and lack of remorse for not fulfilling the order. Needless to say, I waited for the cake that didn't look like what I asked her to make. So disappointed ☹️☹️. This person took away a special memory I wanted recreated for my wife of 40 years. Shame on you, "Linda!". I'll never be back to this place. The cake didn't even taste good or I would have rated the cake higher. WOW! What a disappointing place at the beach! Beware of this bakery!

Small place but great cakes. We needed a last-minute birthday cake. They have a wonderful selection, but they go fast. The place is pretty popular. We got exactly what we needed, but next time I will definitely pre-order. The cupcakes are amazing as well. Super helpful staff.

Very rude phone service.
I called a few minutes ago to ask if it's possible (albeit unlikely) to order one of their cakes for pickup in two days and before I could even finish my sentence the woman on the phone snapped and said "You needed to call a week and a half ago if you wanted one of our signature cakes. Just come in and pick something out of the case but they are only 7" so if you need more, just get some cupcakes". Continued to talk over me and made it a very one-way conversation.

I had been recommended this bakery from the preferred vendors list of the venue we used although the items we received did not disappoint the customer service was very disappointing. I ordered a sweetheart cake, 5 dozen cupcakes, cannoli's, brownie bites and cupcake poppers for a beach wedding Memorial Day weekend. The first run in I had was when I had called to be sure they had all my payment information and the person that answered the phone asked Linda if she had the time to talk to me and her response was not really but I guess. I heard that loud and clear but I did give the benefit of the doubt and thought well maybe it was just a bad day. Then our event was on a Sunday of Memorial Day weekend so I was informed they are closed so could not deliver which again also fine. It worked out that our venue coordinator lived close to the area so was nice enough to offer to pick up the order. When we got to the venue I was disappointed to see not all items were given to her we were missing a good part of the order, which she informed us they would be delivery which they did an hour before the event but still were missing the cupcake poppers which we specifically ordered for the children attending the event. We had no choice to make due without so after the wedding was over and we got back home I emailed letting them know and got no response what so ever. I will just know never to use them again with this type of customer service. Very disappointing and unprofessional
Linda and Sweet Disposition exceeded my expectations this morning! Their level of custom service is outstanding and hard to find these days. I ordered cake and other sweets this past weekend! picked it up Friday for a graduation gathering that we were having at the beach when I first picked up the cake, I was worried that we would have a lot of dessert left over, but they demolished every single bit of it The cake was moist, very delicious and not too sweet. The brownies were to die for and of course, my favorite was the lemon squares and the cannolis. Will definitely be using if in the area!!!
