Had Katie as our server today for lunch , everything was going well until she brought my French Dip out ! Beef was terrible ( overcooked , very tough! Sent back immediately! She made it seem as though she was doing me a favor by taking it off my bill, was going to order something else but did not feel comfortable with her attitude!! Started with Mahi bites and fried green beans that were very good . My wife order the Caprese salad with chicken. Salad came out Wednesday, chicken didn’t show for another 10 minutes. Servers attitude towards me was crazy because their food was terrible!! Will 100% never go back!!!

My husband and I just had a Fried Clam Platter at the Yellow Fins in Selbyville. What we ordered was fried clams French fries and coleslaw. Our platter arrived full of French fries with very few clams mixed in with them. Needless to say it was less than pleasant to receive a platter like that and I immediately took the clam pieces off to find maybe a total of six clams and a lot of fried pieces from the fryer but not clams.
My husband and I have frequently eaten at Yellow Fins but this was so unsatisfactory.
Sorry to have to report such a disappointing experience.

Yellows used to be one of our go to restaurants in the area. No more! The prices have increased while the food quality has declined. Very disappointing.

We had a great dining experience today. I’m so impressed. Our ladies group enjoyed entrees of Fish and Chips, and Chicken Chesapeake. I have it on good authority that the cream of crab soup is phenomenal. That will be for next time!

Our waitress Charlotte was amazing.

Food was good, they were accommodating to our almost 2-year-old. Unexpected winter dish of the evening was the chicken caprese sandwich!

I use to go to yellowfin every Saturday night for years , but going back more recently the bartender’s personality was not so inviting, he didn’t treat us with respect.. actually made a comment to other regular patrons about us.. not what you should do to your customers

I highly recommend Yellowfins!!! The crab cakes are out of this world good!!

Had the special last night the crusted salmon and I was blow away so much so that my taste buds are still reeling. The aioli with the lemon zest and crust on top was an amazing contrast. I don't know if I can just have plain salmon again. The waitstaff was very friendly and very nice atmosphere. Will always recommend this place!

My husband's dinner of yellowfin tuna, cole slaw and chips was excellent. I had the "special" pasta with shrimp and scallops. Basically 4 scallops, 5 shrimp penne and overly spicy sauce. Although seafood was perfectly cooked, the sauce was overbearing. If I was told "spicy" I didn't hear as it is so loud there that conversation is impossible. Also no bread, no sides for $28? Very disappointing. I ordered dessert to temper the spiciness in my throat; the red velvet cake was tasty but very dry. I've had better from the grocery store.
As to service, our first waitress told us the specials then never came back. A second waitress noticed we were waiting and took care of us. She was great but reduced rating for service because of being forgotten.
I don't usually give average or poor ratings but was so looking forward to a great dinner out and yellowfin disappointed me.

Darren, Jen and Tina…as well as the cooks were amazing! They took great care of us! We placed a large order less than an hour before closing by phone, and delivered with no issues. The service was amazing! They food delicious! They were so nice and are the best! Once I arrived they were packing up. Will look forward to seeing you all again!

The food is mediocre at best. I could tell it is all, standard, pre-made frozen Sysco food. There is literally nothing special about the food here (especially for the prices they charge for it).I don't know why people would give this restaurant anything over a 1 star for the quality of food. I would recommend searching for a restaurant with better quality food that is priced fairly.
