They need to clean house this is the worst Burger King in Delaware. The food is always cold and the workers are always fighting. It’s a crying shame because I love Burger King.

Not the best Burger King
They tried to short change our drive through order. I checked my bag prior to leaving the area. Found they missed 2-items. Went inside to get my missing items the employee stated, “yeah we don’t have that item, need to go to the app to ask for refund.” They didn’t even have the common sense or decency to let me know before I got most of my order. Food was cold (ordered hot off the grill), missing toppings, just an overall miserable experience. They substituted 1-item with an alternative with far less value.
FYI, trying to request a refund through the app is a joke. You may end up with just a coupon instead of your money back. It is best to just avoid this location, I had a better experience in the Dover location near Target.

I went to burger king. I ordered the family bundle. After paying, a guy comes to the window and says, $9.98....or did you pay? Then we get our food, it was correct. After getting home and wrapping my daughter's, who is 3 yrs old, burger to put away in the fridge, I notice mold on the burger. This makes me feel very uneasy!

I placed a mobile order then waited in the store for 15 minutes to get my food, I needed to leave and asked for a refund because it was taking too long, the employee told me a refund on mobile order has to be processed through the app. I requested a refund on the app and was redirected to email where the customer service rep would not offer a refund and only a $3 coupon for my order. Terrible customer service and the food isn't even good. I'm done with Burger King.

Came here 130pm on a Saturday. Wasn't too busy. I came inside, the cashier lady was nice, food was correct, and dining room was clean. A nice gentleman came and brought me napkins. Wouldn't mind coming back the next time I pass through

I visit BK two to three times a week. Today I had a coupon for 8 chicken nuggets with large fries. I also ordered a Whooper. My nuggets were COLD as well as my fries. Neither were warm COLD. My whooper was OK. Terribly disappointed with BK. There are other fast food in the area & I might consider a change.

They should inform the delivery services that the lobby of the restaurant closes at 9pm.
The food is always cold whether I go through the drive thru or inside.
