It's Burger King, it's never going to be 5 stars but this one location in particular is usually really good. Always fresh burgers, hot fries and the manager is super nice!

The employee honestly laughed at me when I went inside and complained about my burger not made as ordered. It was missing cheese (but it was paid for and listed on receordered and paid for). The manager was right there as well. I won’t be going back…

They forgot stuff,and didn't put what I asked for my burgers, I asked if they could put some on since I paid for it and they said I'm sorry that's just how it comes on your burgers, No one else was there but me??! I said Its fine I'm not going back around forget it let me just get my money back for it then please. sorry we can't do that ..then fine here take it all back I want a full refund . Sorry we can't do that.... This was the manager of the store. Done with them!!!!!

Hair was in my food I was told that there employees don’t have to wear hairnet and was told to go dig in the trash to get my food back out to show them that there was hair in my food the ugly dirty manger looked me up and down and had a attitude and brushed it
The staff was polite and patient, especially with my family of 5 changing their minds every 5 seconds. The establishment was clean, much cleaner than other rival 'fast food chains'. My picky eaters who have not dined here were pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the chicken nuggets and flame broiled burgers. My wife is extra happy that we were able to convert our kids over to BK. Lastly, a family of 5 ordering full meals was surprisingly cheaper than other places. We will be back soon. This location is a hit or miss when it comes to the food. Sometimes food comes out fresh and hot, and other times not so great! Customer service lacks very much, at this location, I always feel rushed when ordering and I always know what I want before placing my order, staff are not so pleasant and welcoming, and the manager Kim is just down right rude. Overall, this location is ok!

On Jan 14th at 2pm I went to Burger King in Smyrna delaware. The manager at the drive through was very unfriendly, rude and was rushing me to get my order. I told her over the intercom that she was rushing me and asked her to stop being unfriendly. She told me she didn't have to take my order if I wasn't happy. I told her I needed her name and at that point she declined my order. It got me very upset so I went inside to tell her how I felt about her customer service and her unprofessional attitude. I don't understand why a manager feels like she has the right to be so unfriendly and welcomes conflict with her and her customer rather than deescalating the situation. I thought maybe it was me but then I went online to check reviews on Google and Facebook about this place and it seems this place has really bad customer service, the reviews are bad and it reflects on how I was treated tofay. I am really reconsidering ever ordering food from there again like many who already decided to stop going there. It's a new burgerking here in smyrna and the people in this town did not expect this type of treatment. That manager should get fired. I'm expecting an apology from her and maybe I'll apologize too about my choice of words. I am expecting to hear back from someone about this.

I ordered a plain cheeseburger for my son. When we parked, the cheeseburger was not plain, and the fries were only warm. I went in and nicely informed them that the sandwich was incorrect. The manager was cold and seemed offended but made a new sandwich. The worker from drive thru was talking about me under her breath. Thus was the 1st time I had ever gone there and will certainly be my last. They offer nothing special to put up with immature behavior!
