Blown away by their pizza. The crust is perfection with great flavor, and it’s always baked perfectly. Hands down the Italia is the best pizza I’ve ever had. The white veg with broccoli comes in a close second. Absolutely delicious and satisfying! My most favorite pizza place.

* * * Illegal in Delaware To Charge Surcharge To Pay By Debit Card * * * Cuzino's has been going downhill since 2022. The food has become increasingly sub par. Lower quality ingredients and smaller and smaller portions and toppings. BUT! It was "OK" pizza & convenient. Why will my family NEVER buy from Cuzino's again? - LAST STRAW - It's ILLEGAL in Delaware to charge a surcharge for debit card transactions! Ordered $60+ of take-out and they charged $1.50 to pay by debit card!!! Nope. Done. Crooks.

My Pizza Had BUGS in It
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Cuzino's Family Pizza. I ordered a pizza through DoorDash as a gift for a family dealing with a death, thinking it would be a thoughtful gesture since they are located nearby. The instructions were to leave the pizza at the door, and I monitored the app closely to ensure everything went smoothly.
The delivery was scheduled for around 6:30 PM, but the pizza was actually left outside at 6:00 PM without any notification to the family. When they finally discovered the pizza, it was infested with bugs. This was incredibly upsetting, especially given the circumstances.
I called Cuzino's and spoke with the manager on duty on June 13 at 6:46 PM Eastern Standard Time. I explained the situation, but he insisted they were only following DoorDash's instructions and there was nothing they could do. I emphasized that it would have been common sense for a delivery service to ring the doorbell to notify the family, as is standard practice. However, the manager was unhelpful and dismissed my concerns after consulting with his superior.
The customer service at Cuzino's was extremely poor. The manager was dense, incompetent, and unhelpful, showing no empathy or willingness to rectify the situation. This was a horrible experience, and it highlights a severe need for better customer service. The store manager did not assist in rectifying this.
I strongly advise against using Cuzino's Family Pizza. The service was terrible, and the lack of accountability and basic customer care was appalling. Please avoid this place to prevent a similar experience.
P.s. upon reading previous reviews, this restaurant has a history of poor service, including the use of racial slurs. Very on brand.

Was perfectly satisfied with them until they charged me 75 cents for extra mayo. Really petty especially considering I declined dressing for the chicken caprese. If that's a policy owner needs to change that.
