This has become my favorite Dunkin Donut. They have Quick Service and my Coffee is ALWAYS MADE RIGHT! When you order your Coffee the same way every time .you know when they didn't do as you asked..missing flavor: sugar, flavor shot, cream etc;

Just got my order for a breakfast sandwich and it was just the breading this has happened multiple times.

Whoever owns this franchise establishment should retrain their employees about quality customer service. Most customers that walk inside of a store instead of a drive-through want to purchase from the case, not the window or in general want to see how their food is being handled. I purposely don’t order from Dunkin’ Donuts drive-through windows because, my personal opinion is the possibility of debris landing on the display of donuts near the window due to wind and high traffic passing by. Nevertheless, if a customer walks into your establishment to avoid the drive-thru and request donuts out of your case, they shouldn’t be told that they’re for display only And that I cannot purchase them.

I got a strawberry frosted doughnut with sprinkles and it was good but I actually bought 10 of them and I shared them with the office and had a super awkward office party and chatted around the water cooler about the weather. I asked bob and sue how the wife and kids r and sue said her husband beat her with a belt last night and bob said the wife choked on her meatballs and vomited on the dinner table. We definitely had a nice awkward office chat around the water cooler and enjoyed our doughnuts and coffee ! Our boss Phil came in and broke up the party early! He can be a prick sometimes! Anyway the doughnuts I got from here were BUSSIN and fresh as well. The whole office loved them and I will be returning for more in the future!!

If you want milk and sugar with no coffee this is the place to go. Every time I’ve been I’ve had to go back inside to ask for more coffee. For $15 for 2 coffees I expect someone to use their brain and actually put coffee in it. You have 10 people working in there at once and not one knows how to make a coffee. So frustrating and such a waste of money.

Normally swing through here in the morning to grab myself my early morning pick me up coffee some munchkins for my grandson and a coffee roll everyone is always so nice and friendly fast service even when the line looks like it's wrapped all the way up to the McDonald's your in and out of there in no time
