Flawed ToPerfection
The coffee is very watery with a bitter taste and hardly ever made right with the added cream and/or sweetener. I can't remember the last time I've actually had a strong cup of real coffee from this location and others locally. How many times are they reusing the grounds??!!!! Just terrible :(

Probably it was the worst Dunkin ive ever been. I went with my family and me and my brother got turkey ssg egg n’ chz on croissant, it was so cold and the cheese wasn’t melted not even a little bit. My brother ordered from computer cuz he didnt want to wait on the line but he waited for his order like more than 30 minutes. And also he got strawberry refresher and it has no taste it was like colored water with sugar, he told them to change it or fix it but they had attitude and didn’t care too much but change it anyway. But i dont like it, not again.

This is probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. We stopped while we were traveling, but I wish we wouldn’t have. The restroom was absolutely disgusting. Feces were everywhere and the toilet was extremely filthy. When my friend kindly mentioned it to the staff, all they had to say was “it’s not our problem.” The person who took my order wasn’t very friendly either. Talk about bad customer service. We also waited a long time for our drinks all I got was a cold brew. If I’m ever back in the area, I most definitely will not be coming back. Save your time and money and go to Starbucks.

This is my go to for Dunkin’s. I will drive 20 minutes to go to this one as for me, it is the best. Food and coffee are normally on point. There have been a few occasions when my bacon was cold and burnt but those are a rarity. The people are nice and the atmosphere is friendly.

Walked in and was seen by the staff who proceeded to continue to have their conversation and take out the trash. I waited in the lobby for 5 minutes and was never acknowledged by anyone and finally walked out and went to Starbucks. Matt was the best manager here and after he left so did the morale, customer service and polite staff. This store is complete trash now. Would never go here even if this was the last store open for a cup of coffee. Save yourself the aggravation and go to Starbucks.
