Workers in drive thru can use some better customer service training. Also when the app messes up they never know what to do...in my experience and opinion, the customer is always right and if they have a coupon thats valid it should be honored.

In 4 years coming to this location they have never gotten my order right the first time. Every time I go through the drive thru I have to turn around and go back in because they forgot something or didn't make something right. They do always fix the mistake, however reluctant to do so they are. The food is also never hot, always like warm, but that just may be a Dunkin thing, I don't know. I wish there was a little more care and thought put into making orders. Maybe a leader double checks orders before giving them to the customers?

JOSE THE MANAGER IS UNFIT TO MANAGE ANY FRANCHISE.!!! HE IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE ASAP -O STARS IS MORE SUITABLE

Everytime I go there long lines,to many employees just talking. Presentation is horrible. I tried doing door dash and they don't send straws for drinks and it's always wrong

Line was long but service was quick and kept the line moving! Didn’t catch the lady working the driver thru’s name but she was she super friendly and managed to have a quick conversation while still moving the line and didn’t feel rushed at all!

Wow. Stopped for morning breakfast. I paid with cash which was a total inconvenience as they only had one cash drawer set up at the drive through and not inside at their other register. The lead (no name tag visible) was attempting to talk to me and have me order from the ‘pick up’ area. The background music was so loud and she was speaking in a low voice I did not nor could not understand her. Kristi came to my rescue and spoke clearly and plainly. She took the order. The other coworkers shoved my items to me - NEVER spoke a word. Never said the order is complete. Just a bag and a box… NO have a nice day. Kristi double backed from her station to say the order is complete and wished me a good day.

Opened up my food. Another sad wow. People… when you work the breakfast shift… slow down and get the hot food hot and cold food cold. I prefer to pay for quality food items not rushed garbage. After all that miserableness, I tossed out the breakfast deal and kept my 10 munchkins. Even the coffee was just luke warm 😔😑.

To be clear, this is a management failure. We needed a break and pulled into the shopping area and then noticed the 10-12. car backup at the drive up window. Thought it would be quicker to duck inside, but found there were two overwhelmed servers. We waited 10 minutes before acosting one of the servers. He did eventually get to us but it was too little too late. It was a serious undestaffing situation.

Every once in a blue moon your food is fresh. This morning I order a sandwich and the English muffin was so stale could’ve used it for a hockey puck. How can you’s knowingly just give that to a customer? And this isn’t the first time! I think for the price that is charged for your items, the food should be edible.
