To be clear, this is a management failure. We needed a break and pulled into the shopping area and then noticed the 10-12. car backup at the drive up window. Thought it would be quicker to duck inside, but found there were two overwhelmed servers. We waited 10 minutes before acosting one of the servers. He did eventually get to us but it was too little too late. It was a serious undestaffing situation.

Every once in a blue moon your food is fresh. This morning I order a sandwich and the English muffin was so stale could’ve used it for a hockey puck. How can you’s knowingly just give that to a customer? And this isn’t the first time! I think for the price that is charged for your items, the food should be edible.

Of all mornings they forgot my espresso shot. They did this morning when I have a migraine... I padded 2 extra dollars for it + it's my birthday! Boo dunkin.

The coffee is very watery with a bitter taste and hardly ever made right with the added cream and/or sweetener. I can't remember the last time I've actually had a strong cup of real coffee from this location and others locally. How many times are they reusing the grounds??!!!! Just terrible :(
Probably it was the worst Dunkin ive ever been. I went with my family and me and my brother got turkey ssg egg n’ chz on croissant, it was so cold and the cheese wasn’t melted not even a little bit. My brother ordered from computer cuz he didnt want to wait on the line but he waited for his order like more than 30 minutes. And also he got strawberry refresher and it has no taste it was like colored water with sugar, he told them to change it or fix it but they had attitude and didn’t care too much but change it anyway. But i dont like it, not again.
